This place was fabulous! Location was perfect. You can walk to the beach or the bay, walk to restaurants and Starbucks (you’ll understand if you have a teenage daughter…lol). The house was clean and had everything we needed. Alex is a great host with great communication. We will definitely be back.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS This was our very first VRBO rental and it far exceeded all of my expectations. I honestly don't know how I'll ever be able to rent anything else that would compare. We had several friends who also rented different houses in our area during our stay and our house was exceptionally clean in comparison. It is decorated beautiful and it really felt like home for the week. I have 2 daughters: 12 years old and 10 years old and there was something to do for everyone. My husband and I and my kids absolutely loved the property, location, amenities left for our use. Alex was incredible to work with. So thoughtful and responsive. I give our overall experience a 10This is the best location and the best house! I can't wait to hopefully be back next summer.

Great town home in a great location. So close to the beach and the bay. The home was very clean and comfortable. The owner was great, quick to respond and provided excellent information about the home and the area. Believe what he says about parking in the garage, it is a tight fit. Thanks for a great week in San Diego.

Great family memory We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is modern and beautiful and is set in a great location. The host is very welcoming and the home was supplied with everything we needed. Walking distance to the bay or the beach. Our family had a great vacation!!!

Amazing stay! We love visiting San Diego and now have found our spot. Having a modern space with a garage and walking distance to everything is hard to come by at the beach… this delivered and some. I also appreciated Alex’s communication and a welcome card and gift for us and the kids. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!
