No ac in this hotel exactly as for all. No ventilation in the rooms with windows to sun. Poor spa and room 210 noisy due to compressors near the windows. Noisy street during the day. Overall poor place. You better pay more and get at least a place with less noise

Booked room that was not available, so the option offered were downgrade take it or leave it. Reception not polite, breakfast very basic for the price, internet doesn't work all and nobody solves. If you need a good cost benefit, it's not the hotel to come.

When we arrived, it took us over an hour to check in, the staff where very unkind. For example, the weather was bad and they made us walk a block to pay a city tax because they wouldn’t let us check in if we didn’t and our credit card didn’t work on the online platform (we stayed at other hotels before and they pay the tax for you, besides, we asked to give us the room and we would do it as soon as the weather improved yet they didn’t help us with that). While all that was happening, they have no parking reserved for arrivals so we didn’t have where to leave the car and they offered a parking that was a block away yet they wouldn’t give it to us until after check in… so all that hour we had to park illegally and stress about police coming. Of course they charged us for that parking. The room was ugly and small, no complementary anything, not even a glass to drink water, and they left a water bottle but saying it costs $320! I also read they charge you for using the pool but we didn’t go. I really don’t understand how this place has 4 stars, I would give it 2 tops… It was clean and well located though
