The main reason I booked the hotel was the indoor pool. Sadly it wasn’t heated, it was freezing cold! I”At 2 pm I asked to look into it,by 7 pm no change, by 8 am still cold. We loved having the first floor but the nearest door key card didn’t always work. Otherwise everything else was great, quiet, early check in, & breakfast !

They are in the process of renovating rooms. Our room on the 3rd floor was new. The beds were comfy and the large TV was nice. A microwave and mini fridge were also in the room. There is a small concession stand to buy snacks in the lobby. The breakfast area is spacious and the breakfast options were good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle machine, oatmeal, cold cereal and fruit.

Room reeked of cigarettes and waffle machine was broken :/

Customer service here is awesome very polite and not to mention very professional with all of you're needs as a guest

酒店位置很好，附近很多餐廳超市，highway下來就是 碰上餐廳正在裝修，在門口簡易佈置了一些食物 房間還算乾淨。就是窗户略舊，一直有風聲。

Great hotel beginning with the staff Erica from front desk to the Sunday attendee at the breakfast service. Also rooms are well kept by the housekeepers. It's been a year since my wife and I had return it's been nicely upgraded lobby, rooms they look great . Also the location is great many restaurants to close from . We will definitely be returning again we always enjoy are stay.

Loved it here. Staff was friendly and courteous, the facilities were clean and tidy, and it was really just an overall great stay. I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks!!

Very nice staff, very clean, very comfortable and a great place to stay.

Great location and friendly staff. The a/c was put in the lobby making it a bit uncomfortable for checkin and breakfast. The breakfast staff was particularly friendly as the worker sought to engage with each guest. You do need to know that no room service seems to be included for multiple day stays.

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean, lots of places to eat in walking distance.

This is a great location, near shopping and restaurants. Staff was great. Only downside was the bed. Low quality mattress on a wooden platform. Kept slipping and sliding. We were only there one night so wasn't a deal breaker

Fastest check in I’ve ever experienced. Clean room, walking distance to a lot of things.

Really enjoy staying here-- it's my go to when I have to attend medical appointments at Loma Linda University Health. Staff is always incredibly friendly. It's clean and recently remodeled. Very convenient location with parking, too.
