Terrible, horrible, total scam, please I beg you all: DO NOT STAY! Just a few of all problems: Dirty carper, dirty beds, holes on sheets and quilts, bathroom broken, TV broken, no ice machine, no internet, dirt everywhere, bad service, they just said: the internet has a down, we’ll move you to another room, but they are all the same horrible. They denied the refund but fighting for it! Please stay away from Deluxe Hotel San Antonio, this place should be closed.

If only it were possible to give negative stars or numbers! This would be the property to start the category! This was part of a package put together with *******,. And, although we had stayed at 2 star places before, this does not even deserve ANY stars unless it would be how high on the list of establishments that should be closed down by the local health department! Black mold, mold on the shower head, cockroaches, broken AC unit with mold all over.. No organization should have this place on their list - at all! When I decided to check out the next day, they informed me they would have to go and check the room before I could get my cash deposit back. They actually wondered I left the room in a worse shape than I found it?

The Deluxe Inn in San Antonio is the most disgusting place EVER! Mold, cockroaches, smoke detector ripped off wall, no ice machine, no tv remote, and when one was delivered, there were 2 fuzzy channels. Paint peeling off all walls and the toilet made me want to vomit. And what hotel chain mandates a $60 cash only deposit per room? They said the gas station next door has an ATM. This place needs to be burned down and start over!
