The front desk staff are friendly. May i also suggest that housekeeping should be done everyday, such as providing clean towels and collecting garbage. Thank you.

The first room that we were in has issues. The water didn't get hot, the shower didn't work, the phone didn't work, and the TV was weird. The staff was great and they moved us to another room that was better than the first.

Im a bit Embarrassed by saying I allowed a little disturbance follow me, I just couldn’t Deal with It nor wanted problems! The staff called local authority & seemed concerned about my safety & well being the rest of the time there.

Hotel looked like it was recently renovated and looking good throughout. It was quiet and comfortable the whole time i was there. The staff was great and special kudos to Anna for loving on my doggie.
We were there for my son's Air Force Basic Military Training graduation. The hotel was 3-4 miles driving distance from the ceremony locations.

The staff was nice and courteous. The property needs a lot of repairs, especially the pool area. Curtains were torn and the towels are old and thinning. I requested someone to fix my TV issue 4x's and nothing was done, Did enjoy the coffee and water.

Kayla was such a help and friendly and so was the other lady on March 10 at our evening check-in. Despite it being totally happy with the hotel, the kindness made our stay! 😊

Rooms had dirty sheets and walls of the room were also dirty. Pros of the area were that we were only 15-20 mins away from downtown, cons the area seemed a little sketchy our view outside the hotel was a wooded lot with trash all over it, of course not their fault but was not a pleasant sight. More than likely will not be returning.

We booked here because it was close to Lackland Air Force Base. It was easy getting to and from base. The hotel had very nice, helpful and caring staff. The room was just fine. The bad and shower were my favorites.
