Love this hotel. Beautiful grounds. Well appointed rooms. Awesome staff. And very competitive rates. Special shout out to Barista Yolanda who can always be found with a smile and a willingness to aid in the coffee window next to Bolos. Pool, spa and sauna are amazing as well!

Guter Ort, es gab ein Problem mit Blei in einem Zimmer, aber sie gab mir ein anderes Zimmer. Der Shuttle ist nicht verfügbar, aber Sie rufen und sie werden einen Aufzug haben Sie aufnehmen oder Sie auf dem Flughafen kostenlos ablassen. Ein kleiner Spaziergang führt Sie zu einigen nahe gelegenen Geschäften.

Die Reise ist großartig, sie haben mir mein Zimmer besorgt, als dieses Hotel versuchte, mir zu sagen, dass die Zimmer ausverkauft waren und mich nicht unterbringen konnten, obwohl ich dort eine Reservierung hatte und bereits bezahlt hatte. Trip.com kam durch und bekam mein Zimmer und sprach mit dem Manager und sie ”fanden” ein Zimmer für mich.

Es ist sehr bequem, zum Zahnzentrum zu gehen, ich wohne im ersten Stock, ich kann die Tür direkt zum Parkplatz öffnen, sehr bequem, die Sporteinrichtungen des Hotels sind auch gut, es gibt einen Fitnessraum und einen Pool. Der Service auf der Rezeption ist auch sehr gut

If I could give place a 0 rating I DEFINITELY would do so. 1. You can't tell who's working versus who's staying there as the employees are wearing street clothes and no name tags. 2. Hannah at the front desk was TERRIBLE and I'll leave it right there! 3. If I didn't see a cleaning crew, I'd NEVER know they existed. We were there 4 days and 3 nights without our room being cleaned even after requesting to have it done with members at the front desk. 4. The first night our room 402 had NO HOT WATER. As ridiculous as it was, I had to ask to be moved to a room with hot water. Needless to say, our family had to repack and move to our new room 446. Front desk HANNAH told me that maintenance was working on it, however at 30 minutes of waiting for her return call, I was advised thay she'd left for the day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! 5. We had to get our own towels from the front desk, we'd run out of toilet paper, Kleenex, soap, shampoo & conditioner, was forced to have a build up of trash throughout our stay in out the extremely lackluster cleaning team. 6. We felt like we were roughing it in the wilderness and staying in wilderness would have a heck of lot better for FAR LESS than it cost to stay here. 7. It was so bad that I'd left voice-mails for BOTH the Assistant General Manager/Rosalyn and General Manager Christian to share my disdain. 8. AfternHannah yeld at me for asking to speak to either of them, she said they weren't on property and to call back at 10a the next day. Id refised to wait. She'd placed on hold for 25 minutes then hung up on me. PATHETIC!!!!! Lastly, pets are allowed in the pool area, BUT smoking isn't eventhough there is a trashcan stating to please place ashes and buts in here. WOW! My husband has emphatically advised me to NEVER book this hotel again, and thay goes without say. I would recommend this place to an enemy let alone family or friends. I'm anxiously awaiting Rosalyn and Christian's response to my voice-mail. I'll write an update to this review.

We picked this hotel for the location was close to an event we attended. My husband also had points available for this IHG brand. The hotel was nicer than I expected, updated and clean. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the containers of water w lemon/limes offered in the lobby. The only complaint I have is the hand sanitizer dispensers were all empty (I tried 2 in the lobby) so I went to front desk and the helpful employee gave me some from a bottle she had. Very friendly staff! We went to the bar late night for a nightcap and met Noah. Noah was enthusiastic and engaging w us and his other guests. What an asset he is to this Crown Plaza establishment. Although this hotel is considered ear the airport, we only heard 3 airplanes overhead the next morning. Don’t hesitate staying here!

From the outside, to the desk, and into your room, you will be pleased with this hotel. The staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. Rooms were comfortable in all ways. I highly recommend this hotel.
