The room was not ready at our check in time which was kind of hassle but the staff worked very hard to accomodate us. Other than that the stay was fine.

I stayed at the Pearl on the Concho because my AC was out in my apartment, it's been out since Sunday afternoon sometime and here it is Tuesday evening and my AC is still out in my apartment. But I will be staying at my apartment this evening. But the Pearl on the Concho is a walk back in historical San Angelo, awesomeness!

We stayed at this hotel several years ago with my kids. There is an atrium that had life-like displays of Gunsmoke and other things. That has all been removed to my disappointment. Front desk check in was ok. Room had broken phone. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

Our room didn’t look like it was vacuumed and our fitted sheet had a stain. We didn’t noticed until the next morning. I lost my earring and thought if I could shake the sheets I could find it. I had another room which I did stay but other family members did, they didn’t state anything wrong. I know they were busy so just and FYI.

THIS PROPERY IS OLD, STALE, MUSTY, ANEMITIES NEED UPDATES.BATHROOM VENTS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS. CARPET IS DIRTY, BEDS ARE TO CLOSE TO AC UNIT.NOT ENOUGH ROOM.BEHIND BEDS IS FILTHY.ASSIST MANAGER SOLD OUR ROOM , DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE RESERVATION.3 MONITH IN ADVANCE. PAID. HE MICROMANAGES ,GIRLS AT FRONT DESK CANT DO THEIR JOBS, ROOMS FROM 110 TO 119 ARE LIMITED IN SPACE FOR 2 BEDS.

Front desk (Cece) was awesome despite there having been a mixup in my room. However the room itself was a little on the icky side. The AC drain line empties into the shower, for starters. The mattress felt like it was about as old as I was. And the room itself just did not smell or feel clean, but in that way where you can’t quite put your finger on exactly why. My husband and I went at 9:15pm to spend about half an hour in the pool before it closed after a long days work, with every intention of being out well before its closing time of 10pm, and the eye rolling and annoyance of the woman in charge of cleaning the pool area was palpable. Joke was on her because a rowdy group of high schoolers came in at 9:40 so we made our exit even earlier than expected. I think this hotel has potential but it is pretty badly in need of some updates and deep cleaning. The pool area is heated and very nice.

Love the hotel but not the atmosphere, to many drunk people wasn't able to sleep till about one a.m.had people running up and down outside our room,yelling and screaming and kids running back and forth yelling also the only thing wrong with the room the tv stopped working and the shower didn't work had a bath tub so it was ok. Other then that very good hotel.
