STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTELL Unpleasent staff, espesially in the reseption No cleaning or lack of cleaning We needed to fight to Get cleaned the room, But with a very unpleasent aproache from the reseption We changed hotel from portobello las americas to this one Paid a deasent amount of money for a «better» room under the condition that they had a ready room for us The room where ready But we needed to wait extra 5 hours to Get it Portobello hotels destroid some of our stay in san andres

I never had staff being so confrontational with guest. This hotel should really tell staff to calm down. The aggression that I had from a member of staff is beyond. Yes, mask should be worn, yes, we all should follow the rules, but there should also be a human touch to very thing we do. We can forget words and places, but we never forget the way people make us feel. And this lady at this hotel has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome here, just because I didn’t have a face mask. IF that is so important they should provide mask at the entrance. I would actually like to forward this as a formal complaint as I never felt this unkindness from anyone when I’m Choosing to stay at this place. I feel that my second day at san Andrés now has a terrible flavour due to the behaviour of this lady Claudia Lupegui. If I could I’ll move from this hotel. Don’t stay here.

Towels for the beach will add convenience

The location is good because it is a few steps away from the beach. However, we were transferred to another hotel from the chain, which was three blocks away from the beach. We did not have a say in the change, it was just done by the hotel upon check-in time. We were changed to Portobelo Plaza Las Americas.

Mucho cuidado con este hotel, acaba de morir una familia en sus instalaciones, todo huele a moho, y salen gases mortales de las habitaciones! Salir de inmediato de aquí si no quieres morir, es horroroso lo que ha pasado en este hotel, empleados y Servcio deficiente solo buscan lucrase

Que triste lo que sucedio, verguenza, haganse responsables no tiene ni pies ni cabeza el incidente con esa familia que solo quería disfrutar y ahora esta descansando en paz.
