Great experience overall! Attentive staff, nice rooms, and just a quick walk from eternal city (outdoor mall / boardwalk). We enjoyed our stay and liked being close to the eternal city in exchange for the busier site seeing locations. Additionally, the staff was always very patient with us as we were traveling with a toddler.

Hotel is amazing, staff is amazing, people are amazing, all Samarkand is really wonderful. Everyone is Very friendly and kind… specially “Mushtariy” Hotel is very nice and the near to everywhere. I’d for sure visit this place again and probably the same hotel.

I went for breakfast, the options were little and no names written to know what we are eating. I had a croissant and a bit of cheese and thought of taking what's on my plate to my room to eat when I get ready - I eat in small portions due a medical condition. While I was leaving the dining hall, the restaurant representative asked me to leave my food as it's not allowed. I tried to explain for him that I eat in small portions, however, he insisted on the hotel policy. Personally I don't mind the policy, but I minded the attitude. It could have been in a nicer way, maybe apologizing on behalf of the hotel or maybe to allow it this time - as the food was already on my plate and it should not go to waste as hygienically no one should have it after another guest - yet he didn't. So I just asked him at least to take my coffee ☕ with me which he agreed on. Very disappointed with the restaurant service.

A great place: starting from the rooms and ending with the location and security. Everything is very clean, civil, spacious. High ceilings, modern technology, full availability of shampoos, balms, even hair conditioner. For the first time I see an iron with an ironing board in a hotel - that's what service means! Comfortable hair dryer, beds are soft and high, pillows are airy and velvety. Large availability of towels, slippers, paper. Magnificent view of the Grebnoy Canal. In general, staying at this hotel in Silk Road leaves the best emotions and impressions for many years to come. I want to go back there again and again. I recommend it!

Location fantastica. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo anche se un po' fuori Samarcanda. Camere spaziose, comode e pulitissime Bagno incredibilmente funzionale Colazione con ottimo assortimento Bar con ottimo caffè

Гостиница находится в Самарканд Сити, очень красивое место , есть подвозка до старого города. Очень приятный и красивый вид, парк, искуственный водоём... Сервис очень хороший, вегда помогут, посоветуют. Особено хотелось выделить госпажу Сурайё, знающию несколько языков, всегда готова помочь, знающая что такое "сервис".
