Die wohlkommende und wissensintensive Thaniya der Spa führte mich durch ein Menü von luxuriösen Behandlungen, die jede für den Schmelz von Stress und Spannung entwickelt wurde. Ich habe für die Signaturmassage für Rücken und Kopf gewählt, und es war nichts anderes als transformative. Der erfahrene Therapeut hat intuitiv meine besonderen Bedürfnisse beantwortet, so dass ich ein Gefühl der tiefen Entspannung verlassen habe. Die Einrichtungen des Spa sind unverschämt, mit modernen Einrichtungen und einer sorgfältig gepflegten Umgebung. Die ruhige Farbschema und die beruhigende Musik schaffen eine friedliche Atmosphäre, die das allgemeine Gefühl der Flucht verstärkt. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details reicht auf jeden Ecken des Spa, um eine saubere und angenehme Erfahrung für die Gäste zu gewährleisten. Nach der Behandlung fand ich mich in der ruhigen Entspannungszone entspannen, auf Kräutertee schütteln und im Nachgang der therapeutischen Massage basken. Das Ruhehaus hat meine Erwartungen überschritten, indem es einen Garten des Friedens inmitten des Lebens Chaos bietet. Schließlich, wenn Sie nach einem Heiligtum für Selbstversorgung und Entspannung suchen, schauen Sie nicht weiter als das Ruhehaus. Das Hotel hat seine zahlreichen Auszeichnungen unbestritten verdient. Es punktet mit vorbildlichem Service, zuvorkommendem Personal in allen Bereichen, exzellenter Küche und bis ins Detail arrangierte Buffets. Die gepflegte Außenanlage und die Nähe zum Flughafen sind weitere Sterne auf der Bewertungsskala. Es bietet die einem 5-Sterne-Hotel entsprechende Eleganz, zeichnet sich aber vor allem durch die familiäre Atmosphäre aus. Wir sind als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Stayed here from.the 26th May until the 29th May for a short break with my partner. We arrived on an early flight and we already knew check in wasn't until 2pm but they managed to do us an early check in which was very kind of the reception staff cannot fault their customer service the 2 female staff behind reception were lovely so friendly the male reception staff also fantastic the reception area is well decorated and very clean with some beautiful furniture pieces the fish tanks in the wall are stunning. We had room 107 which was only 1 floor up in the lift, very large clean rooms with everything you need beds huge and comfortable cannot hear any outside noise, air con works very well. You have tea, coffee and water in the room. Pool area is really clean, plenty of seating, could do with a few more sunbeds. The pool lifeguard is a great man very friendly always came over to speak to us, i left an item of clothing by the pool and he kept it to one side for me and came looking for me to give it me back which i thought was lovely and an amazing memory to remember who it belonged to. You can grab drinks and snacks from La Brasserie restaurant and they will bring it to the pool. The beach could do with some more sunbeds for guests, too many want to use it and there was only a few sunbeds the other half of beach belongs to a beach club and you have to pay. You also cannot take drinks on to the beach but you also cannot buy from the bar we had to be taken to bar by beach security the rules are strange maybe they need changing slightly as the beach is lovely but its confusing for hotel guests maybe put a sign up for hotel guests, the vibe is good here music is great we arrived the same day kube wave event was on and it was a god vibe allday. We ate at La Brasserie restaurant every night as the food is amazing and the portions are very big. Highly recommend the food and the staff are fantastic with great hospitality especially the one young man he was amazing always had a chat with us about football etc. The cheese springs rolls are amazing also the kebabs they are huge. The food prices are good for a hotel very similar cost to what we pay in the uk for a meal out, we also had breakfast here small choice but it was enough for us. We also had drinks in shift 7 the barmans really friendly, the bar is very clean, some amazing interiror the view overlooking the sea is great. If you require a shop you either need to jump in an uber to Lulus supermarket which is about 5 minutes in car or if you walk out of reception doors turn right head up the dual carriagways there is a small supermarket in walking distance. Hotel is a great location from the airport only a short drive away. Malls are quite local to if you jump in a uber. Had an amazing time here hated leaving to go home if we visit again we will definatley use this hotel. The hospitality is faultless thankyou for an amazing stay.

Immer ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt und schönes Zimmer. Eincheckung war reibungslos, die Atmosphäre war gut, hat eine Upgrade für eine Deluxe-Kategorie mit einem Balkon als genialen Mitglied kostenlos. Personal ist aufmerksam, wie wir regelmäßig Gäste sind.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel, automatische Aufrüstung des Zimmertyps ist intim, die Landschaft ist sehr gut

Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu, das Zimmer ist auch super groß, es ist neue Dekoration! Unterhalb der Bücher gibt es viele schöne Damen und Schwestern, die Dekoration kann auch, die Einrichtungen sind neu, das Zimmer ist wirklich groß, das Maisbett, das Gefühl ist nicht schlecht

Das ist meine 3. Zeit in diesem Hotel, Großes Hotel mit erstaunlicher Lage in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants in Adlyia, einfache kostenlose Parkplätze, hat viele Restaurants im Erdgeschoss, Zimmer sind sehr sauber mit sehr guter Raum und hat alle Bedürfnisse, Service ist Groß und super freundlich. Wir werden sicher in naher Zukunft wieder sein ! Hoch empfohlen!

Sehr gemütliche und große Zimmer, gut konzipiert. Kleines, aber schönes Schwimmbad auf dem oberen Stock. Einige große Handelsplätze sind in der Nähe. Aber die Lage des Hotels ist im Allgemeinen besser für die Autoreise. Es gibt keinen kostenlosen Bustransfer an die Strände, leider. Und sehr laut Autobahn direkt draußen.

It is a very nice hotel, a bit pricey though. They service is impeccable and their team is very courteous The apartments looks similar to photos and clean. A special thank you to Avinash from house keeping team. I was sick and he noticed that while doing the regular housekeeping and he brought a blanket and kept checking on me and offered to get me any thing from outside. That goes beyond his job and I'm very thankful for that. Thanks again
