Ich wollte nur eine Nacht ruhig schlafen, ich war in einem oberen Zimmer, im 21. Stock. Am nächsten Tag, um zum Frühstück zu gehen, entdeckte ich, dass die 4 Aufzüge aufgrund der Ruck eines Kanonens standen. ok, dass Unfälle passieren und da hatte ich nicht viel zu tun, Aber ich glaube, es fehlte ein wenig Krisenmanagement durch die Beamten, die nicht viel tattoo, um die Situation so beschämend zu behandeln. Ich musste nach unten und die 21 Stockwerke auf die Treppen. Ich hatte den Aufenthalt teilweise in Punkten und teilweise in Geld gezahlt. und viel Ich habe den Anteil an Geld zurückgegeben, aber in jeder Hinsicht denke ich, dass es in Situationen wie dieser fehlt eine bessere Risiko- und Krisenmanagement. Leider, pq Mercure ist immer ein Aufenthalt, den ich mag.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful. It is right on the top of the hill of Rio Vermelho and it offers a free service from the hotel to the main street and the other way around. When we arrived we found very nice receptionists. We were initially given an accessible room, we requested to change it as we were there to celebrate our honeymoon. One evening the hotel staff treated us with strawberries, chocolate and 2 brigadeiros ＜3 The room was very nice and clean, with all the comforts. The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn't very good. The quality was poor. The positive thing is that we could order omelettes and tapiocas cooked at the moment. All the staff very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended! :)

Ich war in diesem kleinen Hotel sehr oft Gastgeber, ich glaube, um ein 3-Sterne-Sterne ist guter Qualität. Die Meerblickzimmer, einige mit Balkon sind lecker, dank der Sicht. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig. Sein bestes Ding ist Frühstück und Tee abends, ein Gastronomiepause am Nachmittag mit Süßen und Salat-Optionen. Die Lage ist eine der besten von Salvador, eine Nachbarschaft vor dem Meer, aber hinter den reichen Restaurants, Bars, Museen, alte Palasts und vieles zu sehen. Sorry, dass der Strand vor dem Meer nicht bannen kann. In wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus oder Taxi können Sie an den Strand do flamengo, einer der besten in der Stadt, erreichen.

O Aquarena Hotel é um hotel numa zona bem movimentada, fica de frente para uma avenida e por isso o barulho dos carros pode ser um incômodo. o check in foi demorado e confuso, já havia realizado o pagamento de 50% e mesmo assim fui cobrado novamente, sendo necessário reenviar o comprovante para sanar essa pendenga que deveria estar num sistema do hotel. Ainda, alguns quartos não tem frigobar, mas o hotel vende água e refrigerante na recepção, o detalhe fica para o pagamento, tem que ser imediatamente não sendo possível colocar na conta do quarto, ou você tem como pagar imediatamente ou não leva. A chegada ao hotel é fácil, fica perto da Fonte Nova, o gps não teve problemas para encontrar. O quarto é bem pequeno, o banheiro idem, uma pessoa maior passaria bastante aperto. O café da manhã é bem modesto, o ponto forte fica por conta da tapioca feita na hora. No mais, o hotel possui um bom custo benefício mas não é um dos melhores.

Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer an einer Küste ohne Strand. Das Hotel hat seine gute Zeiten hinter sich. Die Zimmer sind mit alten zum Teil abgewohnten Möbeln ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer wurde wohl kurzfristig neu gestrichen, da im Bad an der Toilettenschüssel, Schminkspiegel und Waschbecken viele Farbspritzer vorhanden waren. Auch an der Verkleidung des Bettes waren Farbspritzer noch zu sehen. Im Bad waren die Handtuchhalter und der Duschkopf lose und Schimmel an der Verglasung der Dusche. Auch Fliesen waren teilweise lose. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Zimmer war mangelhaft. Die Reinigungskraft war stets bemüht. Das schöne am Zimmer war der Ausblick auf das Meer. Leider war der Ausblick durch die Fenster getrübt, da diese von aussen nicht gereinigt wurden. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Der Pool war ok, man konnte den Tag dort verbringen. Leider war der Aussenlautsprecher defekt sodass die Musik teilweise unerträglich war. Das Frühstück war ok, Geschmacksache. Für Ausflüge ist die Lage des Hotels ok. Fazit: Die Instandhaltung des Hotels ist mangelhaft. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Es gibt in Salvador bessere Hotelanlagen.

The Fasano is located next to the Pelourinho, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. This means you can walk to the main sights easily. Old building, nicely renovated, now in modern style. Rooms tend to be on the small side, but are nice and have all you need. Nice rooftop pool with small bar, great views. Breakfast is very good, good choice and good quality. Lunch is ok, but nothing special. Most staff members are very friendly, they try their best to accommodate your needs. Yes there are some hiccups in the service, things got forgotten etc, but as they are very friendly you can live with it. Probably one of the better Fasanos, compared to others, here the staff pay more attention to details and are more client focused. I can recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Salvador, probably the best option in town. I would like to thank Janine, Maria and all other staff members who did their best to make my stay a very nice one.

Ein ziemlich herunter gekommenes Hotel, das nicht zu empfehlen ist. Ein spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit einem Kleiderschrank, der bald aus dem Leim fällt. Alles veraltet und stark abgenutzt. Im Badezimmer gibt es lediglich zwei Duschhandtücher und ein Händehandtuch für zwei Personen. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser nur langsam ab. Das Duschgel bringt man besser selbst mit… Alles ist sehr hellhörig und man weiss, wann der Nachbar in sein Zimmer kommt. Das Frühstück ist zum Vergessen. Es gibt Ananasscheiben, Wassermelone, fast nichts an Wurst oder Käse, eine Brotauswahl fehlt, Kaffee am Automaten und es gibt warmen Orangensaft, den man mit Eiswürfeln kühlen darf. Positiv ist lediglich die relativ gute Lage des Hotels. In Summe mit zwei Punkten noch grosszügig bewertet.

We come from Germany and this hotel was recommended to me in advance by friends. And it is really great! We also recommend it very much! The quiet location directly on the beautiful beach is paradise! The owner welcomed us very warmly and always took time for a nice chat with us and had helpful travel tips. The service is great, the staff very friendly and the food excellent! The incredibly varied breakfast is prepared with love and offers every day different delicious highlights. The hotel is the perfect place to relax by the pool or sea and really enjoy yourself! We will definitely like to come back!

The Novotel Salvador Hangar Aeroporto best features are its location near the airport, newer facilities than most properties in Salvador, and it operates under the ACCOR hotel brand. Despite these advantages, I must report a unacceptable experience during my stay December 28th to 31st 2022 followed by deplorable managerial customer service in response to verified and documented service failures. I have reported these issues to my travel agency, my corporate travel unit, and my personal travel networks. As I discovered this property using Trip Advisor, I have decided to report this matter for the benefit of my fellow readers. I do not recommend this property for business travelers nor cultural tourism travelers (especially not those seeking afro-Brazilian tourism or those welcoming to the African diaspora). I share some reasons herein: • Unreliable Service: During my stay I experienced one major internet outage over six business hours, as well as minor room outages (less than 30 minutes) on each day of my stay. This hotel was advertised as catering to business travelers, but the hotel provided no updates when internet would be restored despite repeated requests. I did not receive any support to manage the disruption to my teleworking, and personnel were unable/unwilling to facilitate solutions (At one point, I was recommended to use the free internet of one of the shopping malls. Imagine carrying expensive computer equipment to what my taxi driver warned was a “high crime” area). Sadly, the ability of the reception staff to identify solutions was more unreliable than the internet service. • Poor Room Quality: This hotel advertises rooms of high standards of quality, and I am sure many receive good rooms. However, I received a room that was both substandard quality (bathroom sidings and interior furniture water damaged, door malfunction, refrigerator malfunction) and pollutted by the buildings HVAC exhaust being poorly designed, allowing exhaust to flow against rooms on the lower floor (high noise pollution noticeable when sleeping). I believe most guests do not have this experience, as the issue likely affects few rooms on the lower floors. However, when choosing this property, one must ask the question, how does the receptionist decide who receives these rooms which experience high dust inflow and high noise pollution (I have videos and photos available upon request). Why are some customers placed in quality rooms, and others assigned to substandard rooms (noting the hotel has standard room types based on bed requirements)? Why did this hotel property assume that one of their few afro-descendent customers would accept the worst room in the property? • Deplorable Managerial Level Customer Service: Upon checkout, a customer service representative noted my dissatisfaction with my hotel experience, and asked if I would be willing to receive inquires from hotel management the next business day.
