We have been using Travelodge Saltash for many years when visiting family. The Staff have always been friendly and helpful, our room has always been clean and tidy, with all the facilities working. After a long journey, the large bed is very welcome !!! Parking is free and plentiful, we have never encountered any problems. There is no doubt that the hotel could do with an upgrade at some stage in the future.

The hotel was very clean, no cleanliness issues at all. Staff were friendly. Free parking and plenty of spaces. Couldn't hear any noise at night. Places around the area to be able to eat subway and burger king on site. Near by Waitrose, Greggs, McDonald's and Costa all near by. The room it's self was cold on arrival but once got warm was lovely. The hotel is in need of a refit as it is very dated, however this is not the teams fault. The Tamar bridge only a couple of miles away to get away access to Plymouth. Bed was very comfortable. TV size was great with a variety of channels. We will be back again.

my recent stay at saltash travelodge i found the staff very helpful our room was very clean. warm and after a long trip just what we needed. the parking is free one think less to worry about over all we had a very pleasant stay also the travelodge is easy to get to its just of the main road

From King size bed to faultless room and including in-house food outlets, could not have been better. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be using their hotels for future jaunts around the country.

A quiet place to stay. The room was clean and well maintained. It’s not one of the most attractive places to stay but it’s a place to get your head down.

We were greeted, as ever, with a very warm welcome. The lady on reception was very helpful and understanding of our requirements and suggested a suitable quiet room upstairs. We have family living nearby and have stayed here on many occasions, we always enjoy our visits. Many thanks.

We have stayed here many times while visiting family nearby. Location just off the A38 is ideal and free parking. A Waitrose just over the road and more shops and McD’s over the A38 footbridge. I would say there needs to be steps up the bank to save walking around the road to get to the roundabout and crossing for bus stop. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and clean but would benefit from a little bit of an update. Will be booking again soon for our next trip.

I’ve stayed at Saltash TL many times as I have family in Plymouth, so I was there over Christmas.2024. This is quite a dated hotel but has had some refurbishment fairly recently and our room was very good, and excellent value for money. The staff are always excellent and I’ve known Derek for years. The toll to get into Plymouth Devon is now £2.60 but it’s worth it just to go over the magnificent Tamar bridge . If you’re wanting to to explore Cornwall with less crowds , Saltash is not a bad starting point, even though it’s quite a drive to the most southerly points , but there are many lovely areas along the way . And don’t forget the attractions of Plymouth- so nearby as well.
