Convenient location, people are nice, and provide free drink, pick up and drop off at airport, I like this hotel very much
Wir haben vor einem halben Jahr ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten für drei Personen gebucht. Wir haben zu dritt ein Einbettzimmer bekommen. Darauf angesprochen hat es nur geheissen das Platinum Bucher bevorzugt werden. Wir haben Pech gehabt. Auch die anderen Hotels waren ausgebucht. Sehr schlechter Service.

Das Hotel ist leider nicht den Preis Wert. Das Frühstück ist leider wirklich schlechter Qualität, es gibt fast nur ungesundes. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber neben meinem lief die ganze Nacht eine extrem laute Eismaschine, nach dem Regensturm lief überall Wasser in das Hotel durch die Decke. Am Tag des auschecken gab es kein warmes Wasser. Ein Mitarbeiter war am Empfang wirklich nicht freundlich. Insgesamt stark Verbesserungswürdig.

I had booked a reservation for a business trip at the end of January, and upon arrival I was told that the hotel did not have hot water and that they cancelled the reservation. Now they refuse to provide a refund for the booking that was paid in advance. I have spoken to multiple people at the hotel and no one is willing to take responsibility. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

What a nightmare! We arrived late to the hotel and we stood in the lobby forever waiting on someone to come to the front and help us. My wife went around the counter since there was an open to go to the back and my wife found the front desk agent sleeping in the back room. I know she was embarrassed because she was surprised to see my wife. She was so unprofessional and she was wearing a sweatsuit and her sweater was small because it showed her stomachs. She had us in the lobby for a little over 15mins until my wife went to the back. This person shouldn’t be working these kind of shift if they sleep during their job. First she makes us wait and then she was rude. She had trouble checking us in and so she had called someone to help her. Are you serious. What a red flag. We finally got into our room and then the keycard to the room wasn’t letting us open the door. My wife goes back downstairs to the lobby only to find an empty lobby again. What the hell. Waits again goes to the back and she is on her phone. My tells her about the key and she’s trying to do it and you can hear beeping noise and she looks frustrated with the machine. My wife ask for her name because she didn’t have a badge and she said, Tina. Finally gets it right and my wife finally meets us on the second floor. Got sleep and we were tired. As we finish our wonderful breakfast with Sherrie, such a doll we go to checkout and ask when the shuttle should arrive the front desk lady because we had a 7am shuttle and it was just barely 7. She had asked us what room we were in and we gave it to her. She looked at the computer and apologized because we weren’t listed on the shuttle. We were at our last straw with the hotel because of Tina. The front desk lady told us that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, I think it was 20th and 50. So there wasn’t a 7am time for the hotel. She called the shuttle driver and had asked if it was possible for a pick up as for 7:20am and the shuttle said yes. By 7:12 shuttle was at the hotel to grab our party of 6. Thank you Meli for such great customer service and going over and above to help us. We had a nightmare checking in and my wife almost had a panic attack with the shuttle issue, but we made on time for our flight because of the wonderful front desk agent. Thank you Sherrie and Meli for all your help. I hope you enjoyed your gift card Meli you deserved it.

The hotel is in the process of renovation and so it was really noise and inconvenience. The breakfast was cold and coffee was cold as well. I know there’s a microwave where I could’ve warmed my coffee, but why should I have too. The shuttle driver was very late and the kind front desk lady with the big cool glasses kept calling for the shuttle person. She ended up radioing another hotel to find the driver. He finally showed up. Anyhow my reservation was for a King bed I ended up with a Queen 2 bed. It was a nightmare. Anyhow the front desk reception Mel was very professional, sweet, kind, and very helpful. She was very supportive and listened to me complaining about my morning and how my flight was delayed. She told me to think positive and to know everything will be ok and I will get back to my family soon. She bid me farewell and told me to have a fanatic day. I left the hotel feeling like I can conquer anything I put my mind too, because of her. Thank you Mel for being that person to lift me up that morning.
