Apartamento muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y muy acogedor

L'accueil était bon. L'hotesse était souriante, a très bien expliqué les commodités. L'accueil a été facile à trouver. Un peu loin du centre mais ce n'est qu'un détails. L'appartement était propre.

Booked with RCI, as an exchange with our timeshare. Absolutely the worst experience. I knew when I booked that it wasn’t going to be great…..but couldn’t imagine how bad it would be. Thankfully we only stayed 3 of the 7 nights we reserved. We went on a side trip a few hours away. The building is very old, walls are thin. You can hear everything. The bed was terrible. Thin, lumpy and squeaky. There was construction in one of the neighboring apartments going on from 8am until 5 pm one day. Sounded like someone was directly hammering on our wall. All around one of the worst places we’ve stayed with RCI.

We stayed a week in a 4th floor two bed apartment which was very clean, well equipped , with pool view large balcony and had its own boiler supplied hot water . The apartments are a bit dated inside and out and the exterior could do with smartening up but the pool and sunbathing area are very well kept and clean . When we stayed there were plenty of available sunbeds . We did see the pool attendant reluctantly removing towels from reserved sunbeds first thing in the morning after waiting for a while . This seems reasonable .. he is only doing what he’s been asked to do by owners . One slightly inconvenient thing is that there are no toilets around the pool area , so you have to go back to the apartment . The apartments are in the “town” area rather than the busy “tourist area” at the other end of the beach . Although there are plenty of local cafes , supermarkets and bars in the area . The apartments are about a fifteen min walk from the beach . Be aware that two sunbeds and a parasol is €25 a day . I had read negative comments about staff in reception , but I found them helpful and friendly . Just because someone doesn’t have a great command of English doesn’t make them “rude and unfriendly “. The staff were helpful in getting a parasol for the hot balcony and were accommodating when we wanted a late check out on our apartment ( albeit with a small charge )

Apartment is fantastic. Pool is great with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. But no poolside bar or chairs. It's loungers or nothing you can of course bring your own chair. No picnic allowed etc. No swim rings or floats but more importantly No toilet facilities at the pool.

The pool area is the star of this complex. The rooms although a little tired are comfortable, our bed was so creaky it disrupted our sleep at times.the mattress topper was good though. Better to have a balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff are helpful and accommodating, good place for a relaxing stay, could be improved with a bar/ice cream area.

Go to Salou, stay in ONA appartments and you shall have the perfect vacations. The teritory around resort was ideal.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with 2 small kids. We were given a 4th floor apartment so we were a bit nervous of the balcony at first but it was actually fine. Very clean and well equipped apartments. We had no issues at all. Location is good, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of supermarkets and cafe's close by as well as restaurants. The pool area is lovely, quieter compared to a family resort but still perfect with the slide and waterfall feature.

Beautiful, great location to food, shopping, and the beautiful beaches!!! The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. There was always a staff member that spoke English which was crucial for getting cab service because we didn't speak the language.

Great sized apartment, in great location. Had everything we required. Large balcony was a bonus. Within walking distance of eateries, supermarket and the beach. Secure car parking available. Amazingly helpful reception staff.

Just back from a 10 night stay to start with was not told that it was all spainish complex and my take is its a air b and b that they rent out 1 or 2 appartments anyway tge appartments were lovely but 2 far away from beach and restaurants plus did not have pool bar or restaurant and this particular lifeguard/security tried to tell us we cud not leave our sun lounges as he wud remove our towels so we cud not leave to go eat as he had already given out about eating by the pool oh but others cud leave for hours discrimination as we were only Irish in complex I meant to get his name as the other fella was grand as for 1 or 2 on reception hadn't a word of English could barely ring for a taxi would not return to stay in these appartments only good thing was we found a excellent restaurant a couple of yards away called El Sabor brilliant food and staff.Annmarie from Ireland

I have stayed at some beautiful resorts through RCI, and this is NOT one of them. First of all, it is not a resort. It is an apartment style building with deceptive pictures of the grounds. The property is run down, there was no wifi, and we were disappointed with the size of the facilities. It definitely looked better in the pictures. You have to find parking on the street, too.

Great quite location, 15 min walk to the beach. close to bars, bakery with delicious coffee, sandwiches and baked goods:) Clean unit with fully equipped kitchen. Very nice and helpful staff:) Very nice pool:)
