"I stayed here with my brother (who was visiting from Australia) for two nights. We were both very impressed with the high standard of decor and cleanliness. It is a beautiful old building set in a restful location. Our twin room was very spacious and comfortable and well stocked with hot drinks and biscuits. The hosts, who run this working family farm were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was first rate, with a wide choice of offerings. I recommend it without any reservations. I would definitely go back if visiting this area again."

"Super nice and cute hotel, we stayed only one night on our way to Cornwall, but the owner is very nice, the room was super clean and well equiped. There is a nice pub next to the hotel that we would have loved to try but we arrived very late. Highly recommend"

"Great apartment in a great location. Had some of my best away from home sleeps here as it was some much like being in a home. Had almost everything I needed with some minor niggles. Would definitely stay again. My niggles were: WiFi was poor, had to use hotspot to do Teams meetings and affected the TV which was slow and kept loosing the channel signal. Although lots of kitchen ware no small pans. The coffee pods were not very nice, reverted to instant. Toilet roll holder needs some sealant inside to help fix it (plumber trick)."

"Don't let Google street view deceive you. This place was buzzing on the day we arrived and then transformed into a quiet country hotel at night. A comfortable stay, amazing monsoon power shower in our room, enthusiastic cheerful staff, local products and produce, at dinner a leek tart to die for, waiter/waitress service at breakfast!"

"Such a fantastic venue. Multiple seating types: garden, undercover with sheepskins, barn bar, posh bar, restaurant. Dogs welcome. historic feel, smart but not intimidatingly so. I would be in here all the time if I lived closer. Plenty of parking"
