As you enter this former old Portugal bungalow it feels akin to a guest house. However subsequent to check-in the gradual acceptance of the property commences as you start feeling the ITC experience in form of well-trained staff, room quality, which overlooks the large swimming pool with jacuzzi and in-water bar. The dining area being closed on all sides with no openness is a drawback, however the chef attending to all your needs and specifics at all times is the plus. The rooms are well sized, having enough floor area to feel comfortable, they have evening turn down services which is appreciable more so when this practice is disappearing in even better hotels. The location Saligaon too is quite central with beaches within 10 minutes of drive and buzz of eateries Assagao too not far away. The property head Arpit Bhola is on hands available always and is a great help in addressing all queries, Jasvant at the front desk and Laltu too are very helpful and courteous. All in all this property grows on you gradually, definitely worth staying here.

We are nearing the end of our stay here and wanted to leave a 5 star review after just the first couple of days it’s been so amazing. The staff have been incredible and gone above and beyond to make our stay special. From the reception, the chef and kitchen, the workers by the pool and bar, the cleaners, the spa — everybody has been amazing! One of the workers Adhir, even set up a fan with an extension cord for us by the pool all week as we were hot! Little things like that are very special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a really authentic Indian feel which is what we wanted, but still a very high 5 star experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend to anybody. Thank you everybody here, Tom & Charlotte :)
