- 5 star for staff worked in restaurant. They were always welcoming and so helpfull. Especially all the staff in morning buffet (special mention : Abhijit Dhas). We had a 2 year old baby with us, staff were very supportive during buffet. - Even staff at the reception were supportive and helpful. ( But their welcome drink were awful) - Disappointed with house keeping team For entire stay they didn't change the pillow cover. My daughter poured a cough syrup in one pillow cover. They didnt change it during the entire stay. [ I become silent observer and waited till they change. But they never did, attached the pic ]. I am not sure what kind of liquid they were using for mopping. After mopping floor remained slippery for more than an hour. We had baby with us , so we had to be cautious all the time about the floor. - For centralised AC there were no remote, In middle of the night, We need get up from the bed and walk towards the AC controller near exit door to change AC temp or to turn it off. Please fix this. No one wants to loose their sleep cycle. - House keeping i will 2 star. For Overall experience: 3.5 star (Pleasant good and Cautious stay)
