We were checked in swiftly which is good as we had a function to attend in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean and the internet connection was good. The staff courteous. The bed was comfortable. At breakfast although it was rush the staff ***aged to sit us and waited us well. The breakfast spread was aplenty and tasted good. Overall experience good.

Good location, below average food, average rooms. Not at all worth the amount charged. Breakfast spread was limited and service very slow. After spending 6k i was asked to pay 600 plus taxes for breakfast which i felt was too high compared to the service and up keep of room as well as the breakfast.

Everything was good except ac was not working properly. As i reached late night 11:30, and need to wake-up early the next day, not connected team. The hotel should have checked these earlier before allocating a room. Updated this to reception during checkout

we are doing a private 2BHK & 3BHK villas for exclusive home stay situated on a prime property at Yercaud. We take pride in our beautiful separate Campfire Space in our property Our Villas is equally suited for a romantic getaway or an action filled family vacation

Swimming pool under maintenance. It is not updated. There were no calls from the property to inform us regarding this issue. When we booked this property only for the largest swimming as mentioned but highly disappointed while checking in. But the manager compensated us by upgrading our room for same cost. Ambience is good, view from the master suite is beautiful.
