I am writing to share my disappointment with the service provided at the bar of Hotel Ashwa Park Salem during my recent visit. My friends and I visited the bar, totaling five patrons. Despite clearly indicating that we wanted separate bills for our orders, specifying individual bills for beer and whiskey, our requests were not honored. Instead, we received a combined bill, which led to confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, the complimentary dishes, which we were entitled to, were abruptly stopped without explanation. Upon questioning this discrepancy, both the bar manager, Mr. Annamalai, and the bar service ***, Mr. Vijay, responded unprofessionally. Their use of inappropriate language and scolding demeanor was completely unwarranted and contributed to a highly unpleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, I must highlight the inadequate cleanliness standards observed in the bar area. The overall hygiene, including the condition of the bathroom, was subpar, with a noticeable unpleasant odor. This experience was disappointing and fell far below the expected standards of customer service. I hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and implement necessary improvements to ensure that future patrons do not encounter similar issues.
