Hotels in der Nähe von 7-Eleven, Salem

Wir blieben hier 2 Nächte unter zwei verschiedenen Reservierungen, da wir nicht wussten, dass wir in der Stadt am 2. Abend sein werden. Die erste Nacht, Zimmer 125, war genügend angenehm. Ein wenig fehlte im Weg der Reinigung, aber Sie könnten sagen, es war ein Versuch, es zu reinigen. Zweite Nacht, Zimmer 101, wirklich fehlt in der Reinigung. Alter Kaffee noch im Kaffeetasse, ziemlich sicher getrocknet Nasenschleimhaut auf der Badezimmerwand, Pee-Spots auf dem Boden vor der Toilette. Die Wärme in 101 war temperamental, wir wurden entweder bei 71 gebraten oder bei 70 gefroren. Das Frühstück war gut genug für uns, Yoghurt, Banana, Waffel. Es gibt eine Hardees, McDonald's, und Starbucks in der Walkstrecke. Um auf eine gute Note zu schließen, waren alle Mitarbeiter, die wir bei der Ein- und Auscheckung getroffen haben, sehr freundlich und willkommen. Wir würden bei der Reise durch die Gegend wieder bleiben.

Alles war großartig außer dem Frühstück. Ich weiß, COVID veränderte das Frühstück, aber an diesem Punkt muss Fairfield Inn wieder auf die Art gehen, wie es war. Es gab keine Brot, englische Muffin oder Bagel-Optionen. Nur vorgefertigte Frühstückssandwiche und Omeletten. Die schlanken Pickings hatten uns unsere Pläne ändern und Cracker Barrel stattdessen getroffen. Das ist schämend. Ich denke, die Tage der Oatmeal Pot und Waffelmaker sind für gut. Ich hoffe, die Macht, die sein kann das Frühstück verbessern, weil ich ein treuer Marriott Kunden bin, aber für das Geld, wäre ich besser, ein wenig mehr in der Nacht auf der Springhill Suites Linie zu verbringen, um ein besseres Frühstück als Fairfield Inn seit ich wound up zahlen für ein Frühstück an anderer Stelle

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Die Front Desk Staff war professionell, hilfsbereit und machte einen Brise-Check-in und -Check-out. Das Zimmer war Standard Courtyard-Preis, aber komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben keine anderen Einrichtungen als im Zimmer zu bleiben, Check-in und Check-out verwendet, so kann ich nicht zu den Lebensmitteln und anderen Einrichtungen kommentieren. Aber für das, was wir brauchten und wollten, war es genau das, was wir brauchen.

This hotel is a great ”halfway” point for us when we travel to and from North Carolina. Unlike many hotels at this price point, this one has a fabulous view! Even if you don't have a room that is in the front of the hotel, you can still sit/stand along the edge of the driveway when the sun is setting and capture great views with your camera (better than from a screened/glassed in sleeping room, I should add). We had a sleeping room that faced the front for 1 night at the beginning of our road trip and had a room that faced the back of the property for 1 night at the end of our road trip. For both times, it was a quiet experience, even though there were many guests staying at the property. While the sleeping rooms and amenities are kind of bare-bones (example: just 1 bath, hand and face towel each for 2 guests staying in a king room), the sleeping areas and bathrooms are clean and orderly. Housekeeping is done every two days (a sign in the bathroom is posted alerting guests of this), but this limitation did not apply for our stay since we were only there each time for 1 night. The front desk and dining area staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast can be had in the mornings for a nominal fee (about $12). Their menu included pancakes, French toast, waffles and other hot items, all of which comes with a side. They also had a variety of cold cereals, hot oatmeal, fresh cut fruit, muffins, bagels, etc. I had breakfast there both mornings we were there. They also offered dinner if you prefer not to venture out (we did went out for dinner both times) and they also had a bar where you can get a glass of wine for just $7 (they also had other alcoholic beverages). They have a large urn of coffee in the mornings, where you can fill up on coffee before, during and after breakfast (have to go). Based on the consistent cleanliness and quiet of the rooms, free coffee and available low-cost breakfast, we will stay at this property in the future if our travels take us by Roanoke again.

Bardzo przyjemny i komfortowy hotel. Pokój bardzo czysty, z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem w rozmiarze ”Queen size”. Śniadanie w porządku, ale bez rewelacji. Jest to tradycyjne śniadanie, jakie zwykle serwowane jest w hotelach podobnej klasy w USA, czyli jajecznica, tosty i kawa. Reasumując - dobry hotel w dobrej cenie. Na krótki służbowy pobyt, jak w moim przypadku, jest to idealne rozwiązanie. Polecam.

After a long day of driving, I arrived at this location in the later evening. The front desk clerk was on his phone and didn't realize I was there until I said, ”Excuse me. I'd like to check in.” Although the process continued quickly, he asked if I would like my water and snack bag (for being an Honors member). When I said ”yes”, he said that now I'd have to wait because he had to go in the back to find some water. For someone working in the hospitality industry, this welcome to the hotel was not very hospitable. My room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet the next morning was not well stocked or cleaned. I was there before 8am, and it was busy, but no staff member was around. (The front desk clerk was busy with people checking out.) The lobby area where guests eat was also not cleaned. There was a large spill on the floor around a section of tables (not cleaned during my entire time eating), and some food spills around the tables. Although I enjoy the Tru hotels, I would definitely not stay at this location again. I would drive a little further to the one in Wytheville.
