Very friendly staff especially the wonderful Mo and Sean who even let me use their iron as I couldn’t pack properly. Stayed here for one night had a great night comfy bed and even double pillow which is uncommon. Great venue and even better pints.

Having been massively let down by Premier Inn, I booked the Travelodge so I could take my dogs. Excellent all round! Great value. Really good staff

I wouldn’t stay here again, but depending on your priorities, it might suit others. Pros: Free onsite parking, clean room, plenty of coat hangers, and a Costa coffee next door. Cons: My room had a strong, unpleasant smell (like Doritos and sweaty feet), and the Wi-Fi—despite being an extra charge—was very weak, making it hard to work. These two issues were deal-breakers for me.

Reception staff were very helpful. I believe it was Mo who checked us in and gave us all the information we needed. The overall environment is clean and functional. My score is reduced because the hotel appears to be being used by the local authority for housing needs. No judgement or criticism here at all. But, people living longer term in a hotel have different needs to over night stays. As a result there were cooking smells and children playing on the corridor, with some rooms making more noise than you'd expect. Also, the bar is in dire need of a light refurb, especially the sofas that seem like they're made of wood 🥴 All in all, acceptable for the price but not as relaxed as usual.

Checked in late and checked out early so wasn’t there very long but a comfy room for the price and Mo and Harley were super lovely and helpful. Handy to have the Shell and Costa right next door too. Plenty of parking and all the amenities. Would def recommend
