Ich war schon mehrere Male hier ^_^ Das Bad und das Zimmer sind großartig! Schade ist allerdings, dass es sich beim Frauenbad um eine Nebelsauna handelt. Es ist sehr sauber und schön! ! Auch die Lage ist super ♪

Clean, modern, and well maintained - within 10 minute walk of train station. Rooms are a little small, but normal for Japan.

Arrived earlier, Did get a warm welcome.. No welcome drink or smile... Have to wait 5 hours for 3pm check... But found out they missed my check in room at 3pm until I asked. No one help my luggage to room. Onsen on top floor was under renovation (Was not informed when we booked) Very disappointing. Reception was not being nice when I ask for room upgrade or provide me a breakfast... Just said No No... When I checkout... Request someone to help my luggage... They said no such service. The rating for this hotel is false.

The room was cleaned and the staff was really polite, and the location are great.

The reception is friendly and the room is clean. Hope we can come back soon.

We love Candeo Hotel, staffs are responsive and helpful. We checked in late at night and have to store our luggages at the premise since we are travelling to other area and return to stay at the hotel again. Amenities including onsen is very nice and relaxing. Thank you for serving us during our stay there.

Hotel is clean, beautiful and near to train station Ample eating places around. Room is decent size There’s a hotel parking but you need to pay for it. There’s also free onsen for hotel guests usage

the SPA is in 14 floor and i requested to have my room near SPA but the staff gave me a room on the 2nd floor, i was so dissapointed and one more thing..i live in japan and i represent my resident card but she asked me for my passport, cant believe, staff need to learn her job more..we will not stay again on that hotel...thanks by the way..

This hotel located in a quite environment and close to Sogo department store. You will see the hotel just walking pass through Sogo Dept Store , opposite the JR Omiya Station. There are many shopping stores and restaurants around Sogo and the station. The hotel is new, the breakfast is very good, and there are many choices. A Japanese Furo on the top floor, clean and comfortable.

It was the first time for me stay two nights at Omiya, despite it's a business hotel but it is totally not the same as other. The decoration in the room is fashion, with a Korean big TV, the lobby floor was amazing view at 13 floor, the Spa at 14th floor with Open area was the best I like. In addition, the buffet breakfast was wonderful, despite no fresh made eggs or omelet, but the selection of breads, salad, Japanese foods, the foods are with high standard. I am highly recommended to anyone who want to visit Omiya.

The hotel feels newly renovated, facilities are new and modern. For the price that we are paying for, it felt like we stayed at a 5 star hotel. The room was big and spacious, with a long sofa area that we absolutely loved. The hotel was also within 5 minutes away from Omiya station, very convenient to get around. It has a mall nearby, with a huge basement supermarket. Would definitely choose to stay with Candeo again!
