A fantastic time, with unexpectedly great food from the 'jars'. Highly recommend! We were not sure what to expect, but thoroughly enjoyed our time. Rooms were very good, and the local surroundings fantastic. And the staff were excellent, and looked after us exceptionally well.

Stayed here for one night last month while looking at a property here. Good room on the ground floor with a outside balcony/terrace area and a massive bathroom. Bar has a good selection of beer and wine and staff are friendly and helpful - didn’t eat here but seemed to have a good choice. Would recommend.

Un grand merci à l’hôtel de France pour nous avoir si bien accueilli. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, la personne à l’accueil est d’une très grande gentillesse, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et composé essentiellement de produits locaux. Je recommande fortement.

Une nuit épouvantable, la chambre 33 sous les toits, une véritable étuve, pas de climatisation, En ouvrant la fenêtre pour avoir un peu d'air, il est impossible de dormir en raison du fort trafic routier, notamment des poids lourds qui circulent en continue une grande partie de la nuit. Je déconseille fortement.

Charmant hôtel à caractère familial. Accueil très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les animaux sont accueillis, ce qui est un plus. Nuits calmes malgré la situation sur la place. Et le système des repas proposés pour le dîner est étonnant et délicieux. A tester sans hésiter.

Une chambre spacieuse, dans un hôtel très bien situé, proche de la magnifique abbaye de Saint Savin. De très bonnes bières artisanales de grande qualité. Un service agréable. Un parking devant l'hôtel. Seul petit problème, nous n'avons pas pu digérer les plats servis pour le repas à partir de bocaux artisanaux. Nous avions pourtant pris deux plats différents.

Tout d abord la jeune femme à l accueil ns a vraiment accueillis avec grande gentillesse et a vraiment cherché à ns aider ds notre recherche d un restaurant pour le soir. Chambre tres spacieuse et tres propre avec petites bouteilles d eau offertes. Tres bon petit déjeuner avec des confitures et miels de petits producteurs, ça change des petites portions de confitures insipides servies habituellement ! Tres heureux de notre sejour ds cet hôtel de St Savin.

Un service chaleureux et accueillant, dans un hôtel très bien tenu, avec une chambre très propre et très spacieuse, au calme, un petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Le village de Saint-Savin sur Gartempe est très joli et les alentours aussi. Je conseille le magnifique ensemble de fresques de l'abbaye et le restaurant le Cérasus également.(à quelques pas de l'hôtel)
