"Ein wirklich wunderschöner Flecken Erde mit gutem Essen im Gourmetrestaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal mit durchwachsener Kompetenz. Leider ging das Hauptlicht im Badezimmer die gesamte Woche unseres Aufenthalts nicht. Für 16 Liegen im Garten gab es drei Sonnenschirme. Manchmal wurde die Minibar aufgefüllt, manchmal nicht. Getränkeservice im Garten fand nur statt, wenn zufällig einmal eine Servicekraft vorbeikam. Zweimal haben wir im Gourmetrestaurant reserviert. Das erste Mal hat man unsere Reservierung trotz Bestätigung nicht ins Reservierungsbuch eingetragen. Daher saßen wir dann als Einzige bei 28° im Innenbereich. Beim 2. Mal hatte der Herr Direktor unseren reservierten und bestätigtenTisch dann trotz Hinweis einer Servicekraft anderweitig vergeben. Die Wartezeit wurde uns mit einem Aperitiv auf‘s Haus, den wir im Garten nahmen, versüßt. Der war aber nach 30 Minuten leergetrunken und die Wartezeit betrug über eine Stunde. Ein potenziell schönes Haus, aber für einem Preis von ca. 1.000€ pro Nacht zu schlecht geführt und mit zu vielen groben Fehlern."

"Die Lage ist sehr günstig, da das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und Busbahnhofs liegt. Der Eingang ist etwas unscheinbar, und um zum Aufzug zu gelangen, muss man zuerst einige Stufen steigen. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist begrenzt, sodass man es sich sparen kann, es dazuzubuchen. Das Personal ist freundlich."

"The hotel manager was unpleasant. I was on the first floor, and there's no elevator. She spoke to me very rudely, saying I shouldn't carry my suitcase up the stairs, that I'd damage them, and that she wouldn't even help me. I had to leave my suitcase in the cafeteria and open it to get my things. She was standing right next to me, looking through my suitcase. I find that completely unacceptable. What's more, I had a small bag with my water bottle, and it opened. She told me to be careful, something was leaking, and I politely replied that it was just water, nothing. She told me not to make a mess of the room, that she was the one who cleaned. I remained polite, but I really wanted to tell her, "Well, that's your job, honestly! And what about when you look at the photos?" You go to see her cleaning and she doesn't even change the plastic bags in the bin, which are full of hair. It disgusted me. Run away, run away, run away! What's more, she tells you she has a kettle with a tray, but there's just the kettle in it; there's nothing in it, no coffee, nothing."

"Very disappointing for a so-called 4 stars The hotel is clearly located in Saint-Raphaël, but it's the only positive point. The frame is very old, nothing to do with the photos that give an impression of modernity. In fact, everything seems to date from another era: old furniture, outdated decoration, bathroom of another time (hospital type plastic dust, other age shower pad...). The room is small, without the comfort you expect from a 4 star, rather the level of a 3 star, or even less. Only the shower pressure is correct, but it's the only thing that reminds a “normal” shower. And above all, attention to the cathedral right next door: the clocks sound very early in the morning, then at every hour for several minutes."

"Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die zentrale Lage ist toll. Die Frauen sind sehr nett. Im 1. Stock befindet sich die Bar, welche abends von vielen Gästen besucht wird und laut sein kann. Das Frühstück wird morgens auch dort serviert, es gibt frische Früchte und die üblichen Zutaten mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick in das Städtische Leben. Das Restaurant haben wir nur einmal besucht, da wir lange warten mussten und das Gefühl hatten unerwünscht zu sein. Es war das einzige Restaurant, welches nur wenige Gäste hatte!"

"I stayed here for 4 nights in September 2023. It was mostly a positive experience. I found the room cute and comfortable, and I liked that it was a small establishment. The outdoor seating areas were also good, and I thought the price was reasonable. I thought the location was just OK. If you don’t have a car, there isn’t a huge amount to do nearby. The train station is a short walk away but I found the trains to be quite infrequent. The less good bits were that I heard quite a lot of noise while in my room (plumbing sounds, doors opening and closing, etc.). The checkin procedure is a little strange, and I had trouble with the wifi - I could only get it to work when sitting on the terrace. Also, the shower and toilet offer limited privacy - I was staying on my own, but it could be awkward if sharing with someone else."
