3-Sterne-Hotels in Sankt Petersburg

Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung ist sehr neu und es fühlt sich in dieser Zeit sicherer an als die anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer ist groß, komfortabel und die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit.

Wir genossen alles über dieses historische Hotel: das Zimmer, der Lobbyschock voller Kunst und die Bezugnahmen auf seine sprechende Vergangenheit, den Backwarenladen, die Bar, die komfortable, bedeckte Vordergrund, den Pool und die Quellen, Die Gäste waren mit dem Pool, dem freundlichen Personal und den freundlichen Gästen, die wir getroffen haben. Auch der Hollander befindet sich perfekt in St. Pete, in der historischen Stadtviertel in der Nähe des Hauptsitzes meiner Firma und in der Nähe von großen Zielen wie dem Salvador Dali Museum, Chihuly Blown-Glasgalerie und dem Morean Art Center. Ich liebe historische Stadtzentren und Boutique-Hotels wie die Hollander. Die Zimmer in historischen Hotels sind oft kleiner als die in den Kette-Hotels, aber sie kompensieren mehr als mit ihren einzigartigen Persönlichkeiten und intimen Atmosphären, die mich mit lebendigen Erinnerungen meines Aufenthalts in diesen süßen Unterkünften und den Städten, die sie Ruf nach Hause.

Had to fly in to the area to help our daughter and her family after the recent hurricanes. We only needed a hotel for one night but boy did we need one! Checked in around 8:00 p.m. and from when we stopped at the valet stand to when we finally checked out, the staff was awesome. Just polite,professional and personable. The room was great also. With my Titanium status, we were offered a room upgrade which we took. The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice bathroom for much needed showers after working at our daughter’s house all day after being flooded. The hotel had just had the power turned on the day before so there were fans located throughout but this was completely understandable and expected. If I had to find a negative it would be mandatory valet parking. Believe this is due to limited parking in the area and only a negative because we forgot a couple of things in our vehicle. One of the nicest Courtyard stays I’ve had and definitely the best staff

MOLD; NON-RESPONSIVE MGMT: We booked the Ponce de Leon hotel recently (June 8th 2024). We were attending a concert at Jannus Live and the hotel is very conveniently located for this venue. We checked in and immediately noticed a strong smell of MOLD in our room. We let the staff at front desk know but the hotel was completely sold out so they were not able to switch rooms for us. We hurried to the concert (as we were late). After the concert, we returned to the hotel and tried to stay but it was impossible for us to sleep there as I suffer badly with asthma and the mold would have made me sick. We decided to check out and drive home. We went to the front desk, re-explained the situation with the room and requested a refund for the night. The staff completely understood our situation and said that they would let the manager know, as they had no authority to give us a refund. Since then, I have tried to contact the manager at the hotel. I have left several messages and have never had my calls returned. Expedia’s customer service was also unsuccessful in reaching anyone at the hotel. We were never refunded. We understand that this is an older hotel and that they were sold out but we feel that they should have at least returned our calls and refunded us for the night based on their inability to provide a safe and acceptable room. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this experience warranted my sharing the experience to warn others who are considering booking this hotel. Ty

We visited St. Pete right after Hurricane Helene. We called to be sure that the hotel was not affected and were happy to learn that downtown St. Pete was unscathed and open for business. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. The gentlemen at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is attractive in a modern, low key way with plenty of seating. The location is within walking distance of Starbucks, Publix, the marina and area parks, and a myriad of restaurants and clubs. It is also across the street from the concert venue, Jannus Live. There was a show while we were there, but the sound was not audible in our room, though you could hear it outside the hotel. The neighborhood seemed quite safe. Self parking is available in the garage for $22/night. You swipe your key card before you drive in. We reserved a king corner room and were pleased with the choice. There was a good sized sitting area with a sofa bed, full size desk, ample closet and drawer space, and a mini refrigerator and microwave. A decorative half screen divides the living and sleeping areas. The king bed is flanked by lamps and nightstands on both sides. There were only two USB ports which was not really enough. The bed’s mattress was unfortunately not very firm. On the other hand, the pillows were. The hotel does not have balcony rooms, but we had beautiful views of the water through the large windows. If you are someone who needs a 100% dark room to sleep, you may want to bring a sleep mask because light does slip in through the shades. The bathroom is well-appointed with toiletries. There’s a large shower, but no bath, which neither of us missed. The bathroom has a pocket door which slides open immediately if you don’t latch it correctly. Be sure the door is properly latched before doing anything private. Housekeeping was thorough and prompt. The women who cleaned our room were friendly and professional. One even left a thank you note for her tip! The pool area is on the 7th floor. It’s a long, narrow pool that was very clean. The lounges are adequate, but not plush. Breakfast is included but we had breakfast appointments every day, so we never took advantage of that. The buffet breakfast looked fairly standard. Our overall experience was very positive and the areas for improvement are minor. We are already planning to return.

We stay in a lot of hotels and some just stand out! This is one of those places. It’s the service! I had a chance to talk to some employees. I expressed how much we love staying here and they all said it’s because of their GM! He is the reason they work here and hope to retire here! I can’t tell you how impressive that is. Being a GM of a restaurant I understand how important my employees are and tell everyone they are the most important people in the restaurant. I understand that if you take care of your employees, they take care of the guests! Kudos to the GM. And kudos to the owners of this hotel! Thank you for understanding what great service is! I hope your owners know how lucky they are to have you. Just wanted you to know how your employees talk about you! You should be proud! Thank you! We will be back!

Das fantastische Hotel!! Sehr sauber und modern mit einem super freundlichen Personal! Lage ist perfekt - Spazierweiterung zu allem! Hoch empfohlen und wir werden absolut hier wieder bleiben! Der Generalmanager Sebastian ist oben und da oben und danach für uns!!

Das ist insgesamt ein angenehmes Gebäude. Aber weder das Zimmer noch das “Restaurant” waren, was ich den Standards des Holiday Inn betrachte. Das Zimmer war klein mit einem Tränenbett, das nicht in wenigstens etwas komfortabler als ein Sofa war. Die Matratze war zu weich. Der „Luftkonditionierer“ war eine Lärmmaschine, die die Temperatur oder das Geräusch nicht änderte, unabhängig von der Temperatur, für die wir den Thermostat gesetzt haben. Der „Desk“ war ein Tisch unter einem Schrank. Es musste aus dem Bett gezogen werden, blockieren Durchgang, um einen Laptop zu öffnen. Wir haben viel zu erreichen, um sich gegenseitig zu lassen. (Rm 411). Wir baten die AC zu fixieren, aber es war nicht. Das Frühstück war begrenzt. Oh, und Sie können zwei Pancakes, aber nicht nur ein? Zumindest Kaffee (nur ein Kelch, kein Decaffee oder heißes Wasser für Tee) war ohne zusätzliche Gebühr. Aber - das Gebäude war sauber, das Personal, einschließlich der Hauspflege, war so angenehm wie sie sein könnten, und der Parkplatz war kostenlos. Niedriges Fitnesszimmer und Außenpool.

Ich habe hier in der Vergangenheit an Veranstaltungen teilgenommen, aber letzte Nacht war mein erstes Aufenthalt dort. Das Eigentum ist datiert, aber Renovierungsarbeiten sind im Gange. Mein Zimmer hatte ein neues Bett und ein aktualisiertes Badezimmer sowie ein großes Flachbild-TV. Was mir wirklich erschien, war der Service, einschließlich der Front-Desk-Mitarbeiter, die mit einer lokalen Restaurantliste, ein Haushalter, der mich in mein Zimmer (seltsame Zimmernummern), ein Ingenieur, der schnell mit einem Business Center Druckproblem, und Jesus im Restaurant sichern, dass wir ein schönes Frühstück hatten. Ich freue mich auf wieder zu bleiben und weitere Verbesserungen zu sehen.
