A new, elegant hotel is located in the historic center of St. Petersburg on Sinopskaya Embankment on the left bank of the Neva in the building where the mansion and grain barns of IG Gruzinsky were located in the 19th century. Stately - it is ideal for business trips, as well as for a comfortable, relaxing and secluded holiday. From the windows of the hotel there is a delightful view of the Neva River, and in the white nights you can see two bascule bridges, Peter the Great and Alexander Nevsky, at once.
The hotel offers 87 cozy rooms and is a 15-minute walk from Ploshchad Aleksandra Nevskogo metro station. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is the city center. I'm sure I have had an excellent experience on my short vacation. I would like to thank to all the team starting from reception team till the top management. I strongly believe that, hospitality is not everyone's passionate. Working in the hotel, restaurant is not an easy job! These lovely team have turned up with one of the best vacation I ever had so far. reception ream is very friendly, very approachable and very responsible. Olga, Ivanna, Elisabeta, Nodira, Semen. Thanks once again for the lovely service and friendly personality. I would always choose the people because of their attitude and personality. I wish you best of luck in your futures guys. Впервые этот отель испортил о себе впечатление!!! Приезжали в Багратион уже 6 раз(4.01-7.01.2024), но теперь ,видимо,в последний. По поводу завтраков,ресторана и расположения -все отлично .Но первый раз столкнулся с нежеланием рецепшена решать свои же ошибки. Был заказан полулюкс за 2 месяца(раннее бронирование)на 3 человек с диваном(что было отмечено в примечании, поскольку ребёнок 14 лет сильно вырос и раскладушка ему просто мала; но предоставили на 4 этаже мансардный ,холодный номер с ледяной ванной комнатой ,сильной слышемосстью и узкой раскладушкой.На мой вопрос,как же так получилось,что не это заказали,с невозмутимым видом,сказали,что большая загрузка, ни чем помочь не можем и вообще не обязаны выполнять ваши пожелания и можете не заселяться.. Насколько я понял там за постоянных клиентов не держаться, так что теперь есть повод сменить отель...

Останавливались на три ночи , отель выбирали по рейтингу и отзывам. К сожалению, рейтинг себя не оправдал. Ванная с туалетом - морозильная камера, дует со всех щелей. Слышался постоянный слив воды , как водопад в комнате, такое встречаю впервые. На вторые сутки появился под натяжным потоком треск , который то появлялся, то пропадал. Ночью невозможно было спать под него. Сказав о данной проблеме утром девушкам на ресепшен в ответ последовало- к вам зайдут , вечером напомнила о проблеме, и разговор строился как будто утром разговора не было. И что следовало ожидать до конца пребывания там , так никто и не появился. Две звезды только за завтраки и парковку. Остальное оставляет желать лучшего.

Прекрасный отель с отличным расположением. Стильные номера, есть все необходимое, тапочки, халаты. Очень чисто, свежо. Мы были в январе, в самые морозы, в номере было тепло. Единственное, что если вам нужна полная тишина, то не советую номера с окнами на набережную, там шумно. Обязательно надо сказать про ресторан. Завтраки шведский стол, есть из чего выбрать, голодными не останетесь. Но работа ресторана по меню, это восхитительно. Подача, вкус, не описать словами, надо приехать и наслаждаться. Отдельно хочу сказать про официанта Анатолия, внимательный, радушный, приятный в общении. Однозначно будем останавливаться в отеле "Багратион" при последующих визитах в Санкт-Петербург.

Никому не рекомендую отель. Останавливались с четверга по воскресенье. Много недочетов, но больше всего поразили звуки дрели! После ночного переезда хотелось выспаться, в 11.00 меня разбудила дрель. Меняли двери несколько часов и сверлили в метре от моего номера. Номер менять отказались, аргументировав тем, что нет свободных. Неужели не знали о том, что будут менять двери? Не понимаю, почему изначально заселяли это крыло отеля, или почему не предупредили с вечера? На рецепции ничем не помогли. Предложили поздний выезд из отеля, который никак не мог повлиять на испорченное настроение и больную голову из-за дрели. Далее о соответствии номеров категориям и фотографиям. Неприятно удивлена, тем что номер «супериор» практически ничем не отличался от самого дешевого одноместного, в котором жил мой друг. Кроме того, два года назад останавливались в «стандарте», и он был лучше, чем «супериор». В номере нет москитных сеток, кусают комары. Не было кондиционера для волос, шампуня - пришлось просить и ждать час. В душе вонючая занавеска. Уборка ежедневная, но плохая: номер за 3 дня покрылся пылью.

Все понравилось, чисто, хороший дизайнерский ремонт, хорошая мебель, приветливый персонал. Хороший ресторан. Отель расположен на набережной, красивый вид из окна. Можно заказать экскурсию. Расположен от общественного транспорта далековато, нужно пользоваться такси или много ходить, что в общем то не проблема! В общем хороший отель, молодцы! Рекомендую!
