The concept of the VALO apart-hotel complex involves the creation of comfortable conditions for sleeping and relaxing, all the necessary infrastructure for business meetings and events, a high level of comfort and service. Valo Business is a space that has been thought out to the smallest detail, where guests can immerse themselves in a pleasant atmosphere of privacy amidst the hustle and bustle. The unique synergy with other buildings allows guests to use all the necessary infrastructure of the complex — restaurants, cafes, fitness, coworking, market place, etc. The following services are available for guests: Cleaning service Dry cleaning, laundry Room-service Concierge service There is a wide range of additional services available to guests, from renting vehicles to helping them purchase tickets, organize leisure activities, etc. The cost of breakfast for the duration of SPIEF 2025 (18.06.-21.06.25) is 2,500 rubles for adults and children over 7 years old, for children 3-6 years old the cost of breakfast is 2,350 rubles. Access to the pool, saunas and gym is not included in the room rate. The cost of a one-time visit to the gym and SPA with a swimming pool for Valo guests is 1200 rubles/person. Please note that every first day of the month, a health day is held at the Fitness House sauna. Access to the fitness center and pool is only available for guests over the age of 14!
