Enjoy your morning coffee with spectacular sunrises looking down the canal. Typical Florida landscaping with palm trees, hibiscus, mango, avocado, orange, lime, lots of banana trees. Screened in Heated Pool and attached Spa.
Private Dock with 7000 lb. boat lift. Direct access to Gulf of Mexico.
Large kitchen, Enclosed patio with dining , 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. large driveway with plenty of parking for cars, trailers.
Other things to note
Beaches are about 20 minutes by boat or an hour via car from our home on the island. Boat ramps are within a couple blocks of our home.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 9:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
