Das ist mein neues Lieblingshotel in jeder Stadt, die ich für Geschäftsreise kaufen. Zimmer haben alles, was Sie brauchen. Badezimmer sind brandneu und perfekt sauber. Betten sind super komfortable.

Das Hotel ist großartig. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Ist die Lage weit vom Flughafen entfernt?

Really clean rooms and friendly staff (Paolo and the woman at check in were super nice!) Very modern, updated hotel. Breakfast was ok: coffee, eggs, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurts, and waffles. I would stay here again for sure.

Es gibt viele Hotels in der Umgebung. Wir buchen das für das Wochenende und waren angenehmen überrascht. Als wir ankamen, war das Front Desk so beschäftigt. Das Personal war effizient und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und super sauber. Nachdem ich einige Bewertungen gelesen hatte, war ich ein wenig besorgt über Lärm und Rauchen rund um die Räumlichkeiten. Vielleicht waren wir glücklich. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt ohne Probleme. Werden wieder in der Gegend zurückkehren.

Tonight is my third night at the hotel. I know they only do a courtesy type cleaning after four nights however, I travel at the Hilton frequently, and usually after two nights the food that I may order to the room needs to be discarded as well as the towels need freshening and coffee needs to be replenished. I called this morning to ask if they could do those things as well as they should make the bed. And then went by the front desk and made sure that my request was going to be carried out and they assured me it would. I apologize for coming by the desk and calling, but explained that in the last two visits in the last three weeks at Hilton That the housekeeping service had not performed their duties. With that being said, they smiled and said oh no, those are other properties we will do a good job. And I had to explain that as a friend as one company because I travel all over the US and I only wanted to have the room serviced and that’s what I was looking for no matter who owned the hotel. So after another long day, I came into the room, and everything was done except the bed being made. This would not normally be a big issue accepted the sheets do not fit the bed very well and they come off the corners every night. So, after two nights, I felt it would be great to have them make the bed so that I didn’t have to make the bed again tonight. So I had to make the bed again tonight and tomorrow will be my last night here. I’m not sure if they will come to make the bed so that when I come home after a long day that the bed will be made. It would be nice but you just can’t expect good service anymore these days I think. Like I said, I’m a diamond member with millions of points and still yet the service is not very good. Very disappointing in this hotel. It’s my first stay here and I have been coming to Michigan twice a year for 10 years. So I may try another Hilton brand for my next trip.

We loved the historical district &everything was close in travel timethe pool was closed because of health departments on Friday but the 8 and 12 year Olds went with mom dad and 82 year old great grampa to go cart track it was alot of fun only a 5 hour trip from tinley pk Illinois

I stayed 4 nights at this Hampton Inn and although there were a couple minor issues, it deserves 5 stars. First of all the employees are all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed is probably the best I have ever slept in at a hotel. The location is great, not right on the expressway where you get too much noise but only maybe 3 minutes from I 75. Breakfast was better than most and an employee was always standing by to make sure nothing was running low. The only negatives were some noisy guests in the hallway one night at 10PM and again when they returned at about 4:30 AM. I've encountered this at other hotels and it is hard to blame the staff for this. Only other issue was a drainage problem with the shower/tub. This is my second stay at this location and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent very clean and fairly new hotel . Location is close to the highways and huge modern mall. Staff were very friendly and check in /out was very quick. The only negative is that the included breakfast could use a big improvement. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.
