Welcome to SurfsideSix! This north end unit is directly on wide, white, sandy St. Augustine Beach. It is located in a peaceful part of St. Augustine Beach where cars are not permitted to drive on the beach. Stunning ocean views from every room. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf. Inside you will find a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with a townhouse layout. The main floor of the unit is on the second floor of the building. Here you will find the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops. The dining area and living room are open to the kitchen. The half bath is located on this floor. There is a small balcony off of the living area overlooking the ocean and beach. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private small balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The master bath has a bathtub/shower and a large walk in closet/dressing area. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an ocean view to the north. The second full bath features a shower and a vanity with a granite top. Surfside Six is a small, friendly complex centrally located and is an easy walk to many restaurants and the pier The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). All dogs must be kept on a leash the entire time outside and may not be left unattended on the lanai as there are too many wild creatures and the dog or outside creature may not be deterred by the screens only. Use caution when walking your dog outside due to the forest being behind the home. It's BEAUTIFUL but we do share the property with natural, wild inhabitants. A non-refundable pet fee will be applied and is due prior to arrival or the reservation may be cancelled by Owner. A Pet Disclaimer must be submitted to Owner via the messaging feature prior to arrival or your reservation may be canceled.
