Seems like traveling back in time, to a 70s period hotel, parking lot is kind of small if you have a box truck, but room was clean and serviceable, breakfast was never to shout about!

This place is special. It has a traditional charm that we enjoyed so much! This must have been quite the meeting place back in the day. The entire inside of the hotel is covered in carved wood paneling with crystal chandeliers and baby grand piano in the lobby. We got a suite, as we were in town for a competion with another family.
Every so often, theres just a random living room with comfy chairs and low lighting. Its got a little bit of a Shining vibe, ehich I thought was very cool! Very spacious, very clean. We had to call for towels and they were delivered within 5 min. with a smile. Super friendly staff. It seems to be on the border of a not so nice part of town, but we felt safe there. I'm happy to give this place 5 stars. We had a blast and I will be back to stay during the next snowstorm!!!

room 234, electric outlet in room had shorted out, had burn marks around it. Floor lamp on/off knob broken off. Plastic silverware inside vents to heat/ac unit. Smelled of burning plastic. Hot Food for breakfast buffet (eggs, sausage, potatoes) was ice cold. One entrance (it is gravel) to the parking lot has such a deep water filled hole a car got stuck and had to be pulled out by a tow truck. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable due to some of the long term guest that live there.

In town for a concert at the Dow Event Center. This motel was close but not walkable to the Dow, about 2.5 miles away. I found our check in to be fine, room / bed very comfortable and a decent Bar within walking distance. The price was very reasonable so met our need for an overnight stay for a concert (many other concert goers there). I thought the motel / my room was very clean, but the decor is dated (no biggie for me). Breakfast offering was very minimal, grabbed some fruit and coffees, worked for me. If in town for another concert, would stay again.

Very pleased overall. Check-in was fast and pleasant. Very large room and bathroom! Beds were comfortable! After the previous hotel we stayed at on our trip this was much needed! The only issue we had was our door wouldn't lock unless you lifted up on the door itself as it's closing. Otherwise should I find myself in Saginaw again I'll definitely stay again.

Decent property. Room could use updating decor wise and the towels leave a lot to be desired. But it's a good safe area. Would stay again. Only real complaint was we spent 3 days there and house keeping only came once to change towels and take our trash.

Very friendly, our TV wasn’t working and someone was here right away. They were having trouble with fixing the TV so they replaced it.
The maids should be informed to wipe down the exhaust vents in the bathroom. With all the moisture in there dirt collects on the vent, even though it’s not an issue it effects the cleanliness and look of the bathroom
