Not great. Checked in at 9:30 on the first night. Didn’t get a remote till after midnight after multiple unanswered phone calls to the front desk where I had to load up my one-year-old and walk down there. I didn’t even get a remote until the next shift came on after 11:30 PM. That was the first night.
Night number two, I’m looking for one of my daughter’s toys that was on the floor so she can go to bed. When I complain about it, the assistant manager was only willing to change my room. No credit, no comp no nothing. New room is now hardwood floor for my one year-old to crawl around and when I tried to heat something up in the microwave, it almost caught fire. I am so upset with this property and this is without a doubt the worst property I have ever stayed at!!!
