Elegant villa in Sa Coma, not too far from the beach, prepared for 6 persons.
With the beach at only 300m, this villa has the luxury of a private, chlorine pool of 5m x 5m (triangular). Enjoy a relaxing sun bath on the sun loungers beside the pool or freshen up in the exterior shower. There are several terraces to choose from, for your breakfast or an exquisite barbecue dinner with your loved ones. The terrace with sofas, beside the pool, will be your favorite place to hang out with a glass of wine or watch the kids playing in the pool. There are direct neighbors, but the hedge provides privacy on the terrace and it is a relatively quiet area of the urbanization.
The homely interior combines elegance with modern elements. The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with satellite TV, to relax with a good book or a movie. A majestic hall opens up with pillars and arches to the elegant dining room. Even without being a culinary artist, you will love to prepare a delightful dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove top and an electric oven. It even counts with a dishwasher, so you do not have to wash up afterwards. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a fan, as well as a bathroom with a shower and access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with a wardrobe, a fan and access to the terrace. There is a bathroom with a bath tub. Also, we can prepare a cot and a highchair. The whole villa is equipped with central heating, for the colder days.
