Aunque la atención fue buena, nos pareció muy anticuado y muy poco acogedor, además necesita aire acondicionado, tuvimos q pedir un ventilador por el cual nos cobraron, se aparca fácil en los alrededores, para tres días estuvo bien.

Erwarte nicht zu viel. Es ist ein bescheidener Ort, und wenn Sie das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen buchen, wie wir es getan haben, ist es in Ordnung, aber wenn Sie Zeit darin verbringen möchten, ist ein Nein, Nein, Nein. Der beste Punkt ist, dass es in der Nähe ist Strand, 2 Minuten zu Fuß und ein Supermecato ist an der Ecke der Straße. Nur ein Rat: Verwenden Sie nicht den Laden auf der anderen Straßenseite, da das Produkt abgelaufen ist und sie niemals Wechselgeld zurückgeben müssen. Die Wohnung ist schlecht, der Preis ist hoch für das, was sie bietet. PS: Seien Sie vorsichtig mit den Steckdosen, es ist möglich, dass Ihre Ladegeräte brennen oder das Telefon überhaupt nicht aufladen. Wählen Sie kein Frühstück. Sie müssen über die Straße gehen, wo sich das Haupthotel befindet, und dort essen. Normalerweise müssen Sie zwischen einigen Sandwiches und englischem Frühstück von der Speisekarte wählen. Das englische Frühstück ist in Ordnung, Bohnen aus der Dose, einige Würstchen, die man nicht essen kann, aber wenn man damit herumfährt, könnte es jemanden verletzen. :)) Geben Sie Ihr Geld nicht dafür aus. Kein Bügeleisen oder Haartrockner auf dem Zimmer, Sie können an der Rezeption im Haupthotel nach einem Bügeleisen fragen, aber überhaupt keinen Haartrockner.

Beautiful location have bar and pool need updated, two minutes to beach close to shops and bus stop, friendly and helpful staff need to upgrade the place but you can enjoy easy. Are good restaurants close to the location I recommend the local ones they have fresh sea food.

First of all I must admit it was the cheapest holiday in my life but … yeah there is some but. Place itself it’s ok for the money we payed , rooms are clean ish but very tired ( looks like time stops in late 80”) . We had booked bed and breakfast but first room what we get , the kitchen was not for use for the health reasons ( unless you was everything first etc but hey no no big deal -we not use kitchen at all) sleeps - bed was rock solid like , not comfortable at all . Rooms - no AC ( we know about it - not the price tag for ac ) but nice and cool . Noise as anything at the night , rooms are located around bar/restaurant , lots of half pess.. people scream loud etc. / loud music till late night/morning. Bar/restaurant - food ok just for survive , average price for drinks but barman’s was the worst part of the whole thing- never smiled , grumpy and lack of knowledge how to deal with customers , we had feelings like they been force to do they job ( it’s ours personal experience). Pool- water cold but clean , has lifeguard from 10.30-6pm Best what this place can offer is location -base for exploring that’s it . Would I recommend? - NO unless you want have cheap drinks and join rest of wasted folks singing karaoke ( worst I’ve ever heard). Would I back ? - defo NO Overall place falling apart , without massive boost will be or it is dead.

First arrived, looked OK cheap an cheerful, we had to collect key from the bar from Martin which he seemed OK, headed off to direct us to our apartment. First impressions the apartment seemed OK, as we wasnt planning on staying inside much, thats untill bedtime, the worst night sleep for us as a family of 3, the beds were awful woke up with bad backs an sides from the mattresses. Then it came to night entertainment which was completely shocking, wouldn't class that as entertainment. TONY I've NEVER met such a vile little man, constantly rude always giving dirty looks or daggers, even other guests had noticed how he was with us but was being ok to other guests, our friends that came asked him if they could do karaoke as no one was paying to play bingo which he said no, but then carried on to let a teenage girl do karaoke. Food was OK my partner orderd the ribs which came out really dry but after paying 15 euro he just ate them, when finishing Tony asked how they was which my partner said very dry, he's words were he cooked them yesterday, so not fresh at all, so I think that's where he turned sour against us. I would definitely return as beach and area is lovely, but would never step foot in arcos again. We met some lovely people there which had been regulars.

We didn't expect top end due to the price but we did expect it to be clean, there was still crumbs on the table and pasta on the floor from previous occupants, beds were uncomfortable and food wasn't great. But people were friendly and we did have a great holiday. Owners just need to pay a bit more attention to detail and do room checks before check ins.

We booked knowing not to expect luxury for the price we paid but aside from that after reading previous reviews it was a place that we hoped would suit us, we like smaller family run places as you feel valued more and Arcos didn’t disappoint. We came as a family of 8 with two 80 year olds in the party. Toni remembered quite quickly her preferred breakfast and we didn’t need to ask for it. he also let us celebrate her birthday in the bar with a cake bought from outside the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. We quickly made friends with other holiday makers who had been visiting the place for some time and I could understand why! If you are wanting a fabulous location, 2 mins from the beach, supermarket opposite, bus stop 1 min away then this is the place for you. Beach is gorgeous with ten or so restaurants around there, if you fancy a stroll Sa Coma is 2 mins over the bridge where you will find countless restaurants with shops in between. If you can look beyond the few imperfections you will have a super time. We stayed in room 107 which was a 2 bed apartment so it was huge, view not the best though, but hey you can’t win them all, bathroom recently modernised, lots of hot water, always. Toni and Martin work tirelessly from morning til night and Toni’s bingo was something I’ve never experienced before, different, but funny. We also ate in a few times and food was good. We have just booked for next June.

With absolutely no disrespect to the last reviewer, we were there last week 6th to 16th September 2023 but I don't know to which week she refers to when she says there was a noisy drunken crowd outside till 2 am. However, there was indeed a very loud bunch outside till 1 am I think it was the 13th but they were asked to leave at 1 am as there was a notice outside clearly stating that no one is allowed to sit or drink outside after 12.30 am and one of the Bar staff was asking them to tone it down and he was trying to clear their table but they did seem to be ignoring him but as we had an apartment around the corner we heard nothing more but it is possible it was the same night, either way, that was the only night we saw or heard any more rowdies so I just wanted to balance out the previous ladies comments as we have stopped in many other places where late-night noise is an issue and apart from that one night we have not had any other noise issues at The Arcos Playa. As for the hairdryer the lady is correct there isn't one but the description saying there is one is not the Arcos Playa's fault as it is the holiday provider's description, not the Arcos. Anyway, we have just returned after a 10-day stay at the Arcos Playa and we found it rather good. It was our first visit since 2019 due to the pandemic and it has actually improved a little to be honest. It is a budget hotel and doesn't pretend to be anything else but it is the number 1 budget hotel in my book. The food is good and a good choice too such as Barbecued spare ribs, Aberdeen Angus burgers even a Spanish version of Gyros, and of course the obligatory Nacho and chips and a full English Brekkie in standard or double size. The Drinks are National brands which is unusual for a small hotel and the lager is 3 euros a pint but happy hour (8-9) gets you 2 pints for 4 Euros and 2 spirits and a mixer for a further 7 Euros, not to be mixed. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss as the acts failed to appear on two nights but the management did a Mr and Mrs game and a Quiz which was fun so no problem for us and there is Tony's Bingo every night which is an experience in itself as Tony is the seven dwarfs but no one knows which one and how many will make an appearance but Dopey and Grumpy usually take center stage, you will need to see it to understand what I mean. The apartment we had was 111 and though it looked out over the side street it was lovely. It looked like it was newly refurbished and had a huge shower. We hired the safe deposit box and fans because it was hot and the rooms don't have air-con and if you want towels and bedding changed you have to ask at reception otherwise it won't happen and a little tip just take a universal remote for the TV then you don't have to hire one. Arcos Playa is in the perfect spot there is a large Supermarket just across the road and 2 ATM's but they do charge 4 euros for each transaction so beware.
