chdem ich in der schönen Stadt bereits das Bristol nutzen durfte, bin ich dieses mal ins Grand Hotel gegangen. Beide Hotels sind in nächster Nachbarschaft und folgenden ähnlichen Konzepten. Das Grand Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lobby mit viel Charm und Exklusivität. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und schön ausgestattet. Was mir gut gefallen hat, es hatte eine Regelbare Klimaanlage. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut sortiert und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Der einzige Punkt war die Bar, die nicht ganz ins Gesamtbild passt. Hier sollte an dem Getränkevorrat und der Schulung der Mitarbeiter noch nachgeschärft werden. Ist aber eher jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber ich komme gerne wieder…

Mein Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer, war nicht sehr sauber. Fitnessgeräte sind alt.

Das war ein wirklich schöner Ort und lag in einer tollen Gegend. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren großartig. Das einzig Negative war, dass es im Zimmer sehr warm war, aber das ist in Polen ziemlich üblich.

I love this hotel, I stay every 2 months or so. This time was a Saturday. The nightclub plays heavy techno until 5am! Given that a hotels primary product is sleep, this is a bit of a problem. I don’t ever do negative reviews, but wow. At checkout, the man said “you look very tired”. I said, yup, there was loud music ALL Night! I kinda expected an apology, maybe a free nights stay in the future, something, but he just laughed and said, ah yes, the nightclub. This response, I must admit, riled me, hence the review. NEVER STAY HERE ON THE WEEKEND IF YOU ARE HOPING TO SLEEP. Come on GB hotel, sort the customer service out please.

This was my second stay at The Grand Hotel Boutique, the first time was excellent and I didn't think it would be possible to improve upon my first experience, but I was wrong! Incredible staff, in particular Dawid at reception who's customer service was second to none. He should be commended for his professional approach and demeanour and his friendliness during both visits. The room was amazing & in the modern part of the building and had super comfy, huge bed. Also a fantastic bathroom and shower. What more can I say, the location was perfect, car parking was free and the choice of places to dine out was excellent, I dined in the Irish pub just around the corner. The area was also very clean and tidy with not one scrap of litter to be seen. I will definitely visit again!

WOW this it a fantastic hotel right in the centre the staff are great my room was fantastic breakfast was good a great choice I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel the pool and gym are both great I'm already thinking of a return to rzeszow and will definitely stay here again Thank for looking after me Tony Elliott

Nice hotel but a bit noisy if you get a room close to the open lobby with music and people talking. Gym should be much better

We stay regularly at the Grand Hotel Boutique. It is a very good hotel. Excellent location on main square and walking distance to most places. Very friendly service. Great clean pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Never very busy which was a bonus for us. Kids loved the pool and large jacuzzi. While main hotel breakfast wasn't for us, there is a cafe onsite we did use and also lots options within couple mins walk away.
