"Es ist ein toller Ort. Ausgezeichnetes Hotelklima, saubere Zimmer, schöne Service (Ladies in der Rezeption, Restaurantservice, Techniker, Reinigungswoche, Rettungs-In-Rettung), leckeres Essen (Both Frühstück und Abendessen bestellte a'la carte) - eine große und zu große Auswahl an Vegetarische Gerichte (einschließlich Burger oder Tauben), ein fantastisches, großes Pool mit warmem Wasser (ca. 28 Grad) - es ist selten in solchen großen Komplexen. Wir empfehlen auch ein Bad im Lava-Bade, direkt neben dem Wald und hören die Fräulein von Vögeln. Das Hotel ist psychisch und hat eine private Ausflugsreise für die Viertel (!!!), die ich im Hotel noch nie getroffen habe. Darüber hinaus gibt es wirklich viele Attraktionen ... Tennisplätze, Spielplatz, zwei Spielzimmer, Fitnessraum, Spa, Schwimmbad mit Sauna und auf den Korridoren viele Bücher, die für Hotelgäste kostenlos zu lesen. :) Und natürlich direkt neben dem Skifahren, aber wir waren im Sommer ... :) Empfehlen und danken!"

"Another stay at Pieniny Grand Wellness & SPA and once again, the hotel made an excellent impression on us. This is a place where you can truly feel that every guest is well taken care of. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and always welcoming. Everything feels natural and relaxed, without unnecessary formality, while still maintaining a very high standard of service. Our room was spacious, comfortable, perfectly prepared and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed and peaceful atmosphere make it very easy to truly relax and unwind. The breakfasts deserve a special mention – there is a fantastic selection, excellent-quality products, regional specialties and beautiful presentation. Every morning there is something new to try, and it is almost impossible to leave breakfast disappointed. The à la carte restaurant also maintains a very high standard. "There was absolutely no sense of luxury; despite being advertised as a 5* hotel, the room felt extremely basic. The customer service was poor, with staff seeming uninterested and unhelpful. There is very little to do both in the hotel and in the town itself, which made the whole experience feel dull and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for anything close to a true luxury getaway."

"The stay in Hotel Czarny Potok was beyond great, we stayed for 3 days during weekend. The first thing I want to mention is great and friendly staff, which checked us in quickly and promptly. They gave us instructions on how to get into our room and after told us everything about the hotel complex and the activities you can do. Regarding the comfort and accommodation the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We only had breakfast in cost of our accommodation, I want to mention the variaty of the breakfast, there is a chef who will cook infront of you, numerous of tables filled with great food, so everyone can find something they like. The hotel also has number of restaurant for lunch and dinner, which we also tried and were really satisfied with the service and food. SPA is one of the highlights of the hotel, there are multiple of pools with saunas. The only negative thing is if you are in first building there is lots of walking you have to do in order to get to the SPA. The surroundings of the hotel are mostly nature and you fell really good. We also tried outdoors minigolf which is a great activity you can do in free time. Overall if you want to stay for couple of days you will not get bored easily. I definitely recommend. "
