"The bed was comfy and the room was clean and appeared to be modernized. The building layout was confusing and the hallways very dark and creepy. The check in was easy and the staff there friendly. The breakfast food was good, but there was no attendant, no forks, no milk for cereal, the half&half carton was leaking from the bottom. But, the comfy bed and clean room were what I wanted and what I got!"

"This hotel was awesome. This was my very first time to it and you can tell that the staff are doing there jobs cleaning! I got on the bed and you can smell the cleaning detergent on the covers and sheets. I also LOVED the elevator there. It was smoother than hospital elevators. I got on and pressed 2. It went up the 2 button turned off and I'm thinking did we move??? And yes it seemed like you were in a Lincoln with air ride suspension. It taken me atlest 4 or 5 times until I could feel a soft moving of the elevator. But they also have an awesome pancake maker! You wave your hand in front of the sensor and it makes one inside the machine and it comes down a belt and lands onto your plate Also the staff will come to you and see how you are doing and take your plate."

"As a Marriott loyalty customer I suspect Marriott would be mortified if they knew the standards of this property. On check in no acknowledgment of our Marriott status. We had to ask about breakfast times. The pool was empty with a cardboard box at the bottom, the electrical closet had a key left in the lock, the guest laundry was out of order as well as one of the elevators. Our deadbolt didn't bolt so the only security was the regular lock. Rusty hinges on the curtain hardware and the shower curtain rod. The shower head leaked and shot water onto the ceiling and into the room and the curtain was too short. Sheets were scratchy, dated interior and fittings were worn. The only breakfast fruit was very brown bananas and the only creamers were french vanilla. They did not have any eggs and we were told the truck is coming today. The saddest issue was the staff. No one seemed happy, no one greeted us or even smiled when we came in contact. A dour environment."

Kostenloses Gastwaschen war bequem und sehr geschätzt. Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich sauber mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern. Nur ein schöner Ort, um im Allgemeinen zu bleiben. Front Desk ist freundlich und effizient während meiner Eincheckung, und der Generalmanager, Frühling, war wissensfähig und super hilfreich während meines Aufenthalts. 10 von 10. Will zurück sein und ich empfehle!!"
