優點: 1 新酒店，房間大，可免費停車，洗衣等； 2 小童免費早餐，大於1.4也可以，比較大氣。 缺點: 1 衞生有點糟糕，房間地上灰塵不少，茶杯都沒有洗，換的茶杯蓋上也很多灰塵，服務響應時間也不快。 2 位置相對比較偏，去瑞安坐火車還是可以，不遠。 整體而言，最大優點是新酒店，其他軟服務還是比較欠缺，還是老的運營思路，畢竟是小鎮上的酒店。但是衞生還是可以做得更好更仔細的。
