I had one of the most disturbing experiences at Radisson Blu Rudrapur. I was served a dessert with a sharp, glass-like object inside—yes, GLASS in a dessert, which landed straight in my mouth. This wasn’t just unacceptable, it was a serious health hazard. What’s worse? I immediately raised this to the hotel staff, expecting a sincere apology or at least concern. But there was no apology, no ownership, no urgency. I followed up by writing an email to the DGM—not even an acknowledgment till date. This level of negligence and arrogance is shocking, especially from a brand that claims to be premium. Clearly, guest safety means nothing, and complaints are simply ignored. Extremely disappointed. Would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this property with your stay—or your health.
