Staff really bring the rating up for this hotel. Couldn't do more for you. Ukrainian lady at the bar in the evening was friendly. The two ladies at breakfast were also super friendly and all smiles (the younger one even offered to make my daughter a hot chocolate). The hotel itself was cleaner than expected and a great location, only disappointing thing was the squeaky bed base and not so comfy mattress and pillows. I also am not keen on not being able to open a window as cannot get any fresh air (which would limit the number of nights I stayed as gives me a fuzzy head from the air-con)

Stayed for a few nights as a family of 3, decided to eat in and the food was great, had a bit of a hiccup as the chef dropped my one dish so had to remake, only a minor hiccup and resolved quickly. Chef even came out and apologised. Would recommend trying the restaurant if you stay here. Manager was also great in resolving the issue. Well done to the team at Premier Inn.

My partner and I stayed here last night. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The highlight was checking in and finding Prosecco on ice in our room, as I had mentioned it had a been a little late getaway for our birthdays! The room was comfortable, the beer was cold, crisp and reasonably priced and the young men and women that worked there formed a fantastic crew. I couldn’t find one bad thing about this hotel and we will definitely stay there again. Our room was £59 and three minutes from the station. Our trains cost more! The service was better than some of the more expensive places we have stayed in. Thank you to the staff for the time you gave us and the extra special little touches.

After spending much more on a similar hotel in the town previously, I was pleased to see Premier Inn had such a good rate & promptly booked. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful, and other staff we encountered were pleasant and always spoke to guests. Room was very good, bed was comfortable and we slept well. Parking is available a couple of minutes walk away, would be nice if the hotel offered a discount here for guests. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

This hotel is ideal for exploring Tunbridge Wells. Great price, great location. Nice size room and comfy beds. Our only quibble was the food. We didn't book breakfast as it is usually all the same in these chain hotels and never anything to rave about so we went in to the town and found a lovely independent cafe to have breakfast. The 2nd night we were there we decided to eat in and unfortunately the menu was limited and uninspiring. There were at least 4 items that weren't available and our sharing platter was average to say the least.

Fantastic experience and great value. Exceeded expectations at a great price. I was very impressed by the size of the room.and the ideal location to access the pubs and restaurants in the pantiles, as well as being an easy walk to the train station.

Returning after visiting just before and returning a month later the Lift from The Car Park was still not working a necessity needed as you get older and more so of disabled. And the heating for the Room was not functioning correctly. The bedding was to small for the Bed as well

We had a lovely stay here to celebrate our anniversary last week and we are so pleased with everything. The bed was comfy, everything was lovely and clean. We had dinner in the evening and were amazed by the service we received… all the staff really looked after us. In the morning we came down for breakfast and helped ourselves to the hot buffet. Delicious! The bacon was perfect and the fried eggs weren’t over done. All in all our stay couldn’t have been any better so thank you to all the staff that looked after us, you really made us feel welcome ☺️
