Very average hotel, with an air of disappointment, on a busy crossroads. No cooked breakfast. Poor continental breakfast as even the bread and jam are basic. The car park is tiny and difficult to park in. Chosen for convenience alone. Am sure there are better hotels.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. We requested a downstairs room and we got it, a lovely room, very clean. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Very comfortable bed with very nice pillows. Small bathroom but well equipped. The continual breakfast was superb. The hotel is situated on a busy road junction but we did not hear any traffic noise. Parking is limited in the small car park and one has to park on the street if its full. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a short break. This hotel is a little stroll into the heart of Leamington Spa, with only one restaurant nearby. The hotel was clean and well presented. After reporting an issue with our shower on the first day (loose fitting shower head), the fault had been rectified on our return to the hotel, later that day. A nice touch, was complimentary bottles of still/sparkling water, left in the hallway.

We had a lovely two night stay at The Lansdowne Hotel. It’s in a fab location, walking distance to all the major sites in Leamington Spa. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are welcoming and the continental breakfast suited us. The room has tea making facilities and there is ample tea, coffee and water available in reception. The hotel provided a parking permit and we had no difficulties finding parking near to the hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed overnight and were in the family room. Lovely greeting by the friendly team when we arrived. Complimentary bottles of water available at Reception, as well as refills of tea/coffee milk for making in our room should we have needed it. The bedroom was very spacious. Lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice and refilled quickly when items were running low. The hotel is a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants. There is a small car park to the rear of the hotel, space for 5 cars parked sensibly.

Good central location . Friendly staff . Small car park , but permits available for the road . Stayed in a family room . Comfy beds , tea coffee , water etc . Stayed here for university open day . Good value . Central area for exploring & going out in Lemo !

Very easy to find and free parking.. There's only a little car park, but roadside parking is also available.. The hotel is lovely and clean, and all the owners are very friendly and welcoming.. Our room was on the first floor and a corner room that over looked the main road, but never really noticed the noise coming from the road. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfy and big, with good bedding.. Bathroom again was very clean and had everything you would need in a bathroom and a bit more. Didn't have the breakfast, only we are not morning eaters.. I would say if you are visiting Leamington spa this is a great place to stay .. Very close to the town and parks, free parking and lovely hotel and family owners. 😁

A one night stay in a first floor double room. Huge bed - very comfortable! Not the height of luxury but perfect for a great night’s sleep. We didn’t notice the traffic at all. Huge spread for self serve continental breakfast - fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, yogurts, a range of cereals, toast (white or wholemeal), crumpets, croissants, pancakes, a range of spreads, cheese, ham, tea, coffee, a range of milk/ milk alternatives!! Bathroom clean and equipped with lots of useful bits and bobs. Tea and coffee in the room and extras (including water bottles) available from downstairs 24hrs a day. Staff very kind, welcoming and helpful. Small off street car park round the back. Very good value for money. Only negative was the power shower - very hot and powerful but sooo noisy! I pitied my neighbours!
