InterContinental London - the O2, an IHG Hotel Bewertungen

Ich hatte Glück, schon mittags einchecken zu können und die Spa-Einrichtungen zusätzlich zu nutzen, was großartig war. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Hotel war äußerst sauber. Das Frühstück war fantastisch – eines der besten Hotelfrühstücke, die ich je hatte. Tolle Lage für den Besuch von Veranstaltungen im O2, insbesondere mit dem überdachten Weg zur Arena, direkt vom Hotel aus. Der Poolbereich des Spas ist schön, sieht aber stellenweise etwas abgenutzt aus (eine der Stufen zum Pool war kaputt) und mein Zimmer war gut ausgestattet (mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Fluss vom 14. Stock), aber ein wenig charakterlos. Aber insgesamt war es sehr gut. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is simply fantastic as there is a walkway to The O2 shopping centre. The centre has an array of restaurants and discounted shops. The service at The Intercontinental hotel was superb. The only disappointment was the gym and sauna were both closed. Our room was stunning, comfy beds and lovely extras like a Nespresso coffee maker, robes and slippers. The sky bar was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel and we will come again.

This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was. The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast. The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing! The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me. There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile. The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer. The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show. A must stay for anyone in the area.

Absolutely amazing stay couldn’t recommend this hotel enough close to amenities. The cleanliness of the suite was above standards can’t wait for my next stay.

The hotel is great but the area around hotel is under construction so its not quite accessible. Location is kimda far away from major attractions as well. Overall great hotel with good service.

Absolutely beautiful from walking in being greeted to the service by every staff member you meet. Access to 02 minutes through a separate walk through.

Staff are friendly & offered help swiftly.

Amazing place would stay again

Great hotel, easy to get to and lovely facilities. The food and staff were brilliant. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

1. hair dryer is too old 2. high quality tea bags and coffee 3. high quality shampoo and body lotion 4. a footstool is missing 5. good sea view 6. The bathroom is equipped with a speaker for your enjoyment.

Lovely room overlooking river lovely breakfast plenty of it. However on check out hotel tried to charge me £45 for alcohol in the hotel bar which I never even visited and I don’t drink. Took 15 minutes to sort out and then not charged for! No apology. Ideal for O2. Swimming pool and spa closed and only informed the day before my visit so disappointed with that, had been closed a while apparently.
