Zimmer und Hallen vor dem Zimmer wurden nicht gut gepflegt. Glücklicherweise erlaubten sie die Überweisung auf das Schwesterhotel.

Staff were accommodating and helpful. Facilities were okay. Location is good, within the city center. will book again in the future.

This is one of the two hotels in Roxas City allowed to operate in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, I expected it to be really clean, but it was not. There were small cockroaches on the bedside console and the shower room stank of urine. It's a good thing they allowed me to change room. As to the rooms, they were equipped with basic facilities ... bed, console, TV set, airconditioning, private toilet and shower room, phone, etc. Water pressure was okay, as well as the heating system. However, the walls were quite thin and you can hear all the noises from the adjacent rooms. The linens (bed sheet and towels) were also not very clean. The common areas, specifically the lobby and the outdoor café, on the other hand, looked very nice. There's also a small restaurant near the main entrance. There's a small parking space for hotel guests, too. WIFI is available in the rooms, but sometimes it is weak. This hotel is budget-friendly. Rate for standard rooms varies from Php 1,100 to Php 1,300. Executive and suite rooms cost Php 5,000 and Php 6,500 respectively. All in all this hotel is okay, but don't expect it to be immaculately clean. Hotel personnel is also very limited on Sundays, forcing the security guard to do multi-tasking.

Der einzige Nebenteil hier war, dass sie keinen Generator haben.

I'm a native Capizeña,and just visited my home-town after long time.Decided to get my family and bring them along just to experience hotel-mode.We were all awed to experienced the luxurious facility this resort has offered.Clean and Cozy room,the bed..oh my soo smooth and soft.Well-managed cleanliness everywhere from their lobby area to the room then next to the veranda..perfect! I never thought Capiz had this na.Everything is luxury in an affordable way. Capizeños must be so proud of this resort. Not to mention the location just walk to the sea!

Had a great stay at this property with my wife, kids and my dad. We all enjoyed the homey-feels of the hotel and grand staircase that lead up to the rooms. Our room was spacious and complete with all the necessary items inside plus a lazy boy which is a bonus! The staff are what makes our stay truly memorable. They are so friendly and nice. The two staff even went over and beyond when they washed the car we rented, after they found out that we needed to have it washed before returning it and that we didn't have enough time to bring it to the car wash establishment. Location of the hotel is great right next to the center of Roxas City. We really recommend this property if you are going to Roxas anytime soon.

Sie riefen sie zum zweiten Mal an und sagten mir, sie würden es reparieren. Sie haben mich nicht wieder über das WLAN geprüft. So eine Enttäuschung. Im Übrigen habe ich das Zimmer durch Agoda, Deluxe mit einem ehelichen Bett, nicht bfast enthalten, am weiten Ende des Gebäudes gebucht. Wenn dies ihr Kundenservice-Stil ist, verhandeln Sie ihr Problemzimmer im Austausch mit Werbepreisen mit einer Online-Reiseagentur ..... so ein Nein für mich. Obwohl das Zimmer geräumig ist, außer ich bemerke die Müllbänder in dem Zimmer, gibt es noch 2 Stichproben von Gummi in dem Zimmer (ein Waschpapier und ein Bibingka Blatt). Das WC ist nur schön, mit Seife und Shampoo nur, mit Bidet, heißen und kalten Duschen, obwohl der Regenduschekopf ersetzt werden muss - geschlossen und präsent.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gut für die Familie, besonders wenn Sie Kinder haben, die schwimmen und genießen können.
