Air source heat pump in living room.Log cottage 1995, large living room, cooking corner. Upstairs 4 sleeping alcoves with own doors, each with 2 beds. Open porch, balcony, sauna (electric stove), washroom (shower cubicle), dressing room. Cooking corner renovated in 2017.Separate summer sauna (wood-burning stove and hot water tank on stove), sauna has no dressing room, water has to be carried from lake. Shore with roofed fireplace for use only in summer.Kindly use only one basket fire wood per day for summer sauna and roofed fireplace. Thank you. Rovaniemi city 38 km, Ounasvaara ski resort and golf course 42 km, Arctic Circle, Father Christmas/Santa Claus Village and Santapark 48 km, airport 48 km.Minimum period for bookings normally 4 days, but during Christmas and New Year high season 1 week.Caravans, camping or mobile homes are not allowed on the plot.Connecting track from cottage to main snowmobile track Rovaniemi - Pello -Ylitornio.The cottage is well suited for watching the Northern Lights when they occur.
