Mein kürzlich im Hilton Home2Suites Aufenthalt war gründlich angenehm. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit einer bequemen kleinen Küchenstufe, die zu meiner Erfahrung eine zusätzliche Schicht von Komfort hinzugefügt. Während der Zimmerserviceplan für den Umbau von Bettblättern alle 3 oder 4 Tage war, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Urlaubszeit, wurde dieser kleine Details durch die allgemeine Qualität der Service überschattet. Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Aspekt meines Aufenthalts angenehm war. Die Frühstücksoptionen waren ein Highlight, bieten eine Vielzahl von süßen Wahlen, die meine Erwartungen für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie übersteigen. Kinder lieben das Frühstück zu machen. Das ist ein Haustierfreundliches Hotel.

Was in town for a friends wedding and can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations. Came in super late but was warmly greeted by the gentleman at the front desk. The room was clean, and every staff member I spoke with greeted me and made sure my stay was wonderful. It’s a little out of my way for my normal business visits to austin but it’s honestly worth the extra drive considering the alternatives I’ve experienced

Zunächst bin ich ein LIFETIME TITANIUM Marriott Mitglied. Ich habe in einem Marriott 1733 Nächte in 10 Jahren (ca. 4.5 Jahre meines Lebens) verblieben. Ich habe für eine Woche in dieses Hotel gecheckt. Am Donnerstag (Gestern) sende ich eine Nachricht über die Marriott-App, die den Vorderseite informiert, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängern muss. Dies war um 10:30 Uhr. Heute, während ich arbeite, erhalte ich eine Nachricht und empfange mich aus meinem Zimmer. Ich habe Lucas den Generalmanager angerufen und gesprochen, der meine Situation erläutert. Sein Feedback OHNE MICH INFORMATIONEN ist ”Entschuldigung, dass ich Sie nicht ausdehnen kann”. Ich erkläre, dass ich ein Titanium-Mitglied bin und er bitte, zumindest zu prüfen und zu sehen, ob etwas getan werden kann, ”Nein, es tut mir leid”. Ich anbiete, dass ich die Verlängerung vor einem Tag beantragt habe (nicht heute), und dass ihr Versäumnis, auf diese Anfrage zu antworten, nicht meine Schuld war. ”Nun, wir hätten darauf zurückkommen sollen. Tut mir leid, wir können nichts tun.” Ich habe in diesem Grundstück geblieben, wenn ich zum Arbeiten nach Round Rock komme, nie wieder. Nach diesem und der anderen Situation in einem anderen Grundstück kürzlich ich HOCH überdenke auf eine andere Marke. Das ist nicht, was Marriott war. Ich denke, ich finde einen letzten Minuten Platz zum Aufenthalt jetzt. Auch ich habe 25 Minuten mit Marriot's Titanium Gäste Service-Nummer gehalten, ohne noch jemanden zu sprechen.

The overall cleanliness wasn't good! Dirt in elevator, dirty windows, carpets stained and even the breakfast tables needed a good scrub! Around the corners of the tables had a lot filth and skin-grease.... In the hotel lobby and also in our room where a lot of mosquitoes.... Breakfast staff was very friendly and did a really good job... Whe booked breakfast seperate for 10$ for the two of us, but a lot of people didn't seem to know about the extra cost of the breakfast.... The breakfast cutlery and plates where plastic and it seemed a cheap option.... We didn't stay our second night, we booked a different hotel! We got a refund for our second night and we where promised that the manager would call us about our disappointment, but he never did call! This is our second time at a Hilton garden inn, and twice we found the properties run down, not clean and we will never book this hotel ever again!

The staff was very professional. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast as well. We will be marking this hotel as a favorite for future trips to the Round Rock area.

La alarma de un carro estuvo sonando en la ventana de mi habitación por 1 hora 2 veces en la noche a la 1am y 4am , cuando fuimos al front desk el manager nos dijo que no podían hacer nada. Que llamaron la policía (pero claro que nunca llegó, pq el hotel es una propiedad privada y la policía no trabaja con ese tipo de incidentes). Sí hubiesen haber podido hacer algo, pero no hicieron nada. Se veían los guest caminando por los pasillos, todo frustrados sin poder dormir. Fue una terrible experiencia. Lo barato sale caro.

Badezimmer CLEAN FRONT Desk Person Virginia war freundlich und untergebracht (Ich def schätzte das! ) Ich mache nicht wirklich das Frühstück so kann ich nicht kommentieren, dass Aber hat filtrierte Wasserfüllmaschine so bringen Sie Ihre Wasserflasche, Kaffee ALL DAY, sauberer Fitnessraum, eine Gasstation über die Straße, die das billigste Gas um mit einem Deli und großer Fläche zu kaufen Snacks Über 20-30 min vom Flughafen Hoch empfehlen !!! Würde immer wieder bleiben !!!

Booked this hotel with a large group of families for a soccer tournament in Austin. Made reservation several weeks before. While traveling to Austin the day of check-in the hotel canceled our reservation saying that the credit card use to reserve was not valid (it had been compromised). Hotel admittedly did not contact us or the soccer club to notify us of the cancellation. When we checked-in they said we would have to pay full daily rate and would not fix the situation for us - they later admitted they could have charged the discounted reservation rate but desk clerk chose not to do so and it was her discretion what to charge. Front desk suggested we talk to a manager - we went to front desk multiple times during that Holiday weekend and were told there was no manager on duty who could handle the situation. We called the soccer club travel agency and they did not receive notification of cancellation either. After repeated attempts to contact the hotel after the trip we finally reached the group sales manager (hotel manager never did respond to messages). Sales mgr cited the fine print in the soccer travel agreement that gave hotel the right to cancel any reservation on check-in day and charge full rate, etc. We asked for a discount on our payment since the rate we reserved was much less and there was obviously a problem with the compromised credit card and the hotel did not notify us of the cancellation. Also, whereas hotels normally hold the card for reservation - this hotel wanted to charge the card on check-in day rather than just address the problem when we checked-in. There was no general manger on duty for (3) days which is concerning for many other reasons and a liability for the hotel. The dead bolt on the room door did not work and we asked for repair of that and it was not repaired. Given the situation I asked the hotel just to help us out and discount the room to the rate we reserved or give is a discount on a future stay or anything to help, I was told they would check and call me back and never heard anything. So (40) soccer families stayed in this hotel for (3) nights and one family was charged a much higher rate than the other (39),

Hhkh60Die Suiten sind wunderschön und geräumig. Perfekt für einen langen Aufenthalt in einer Woche.Das Konferenzzimmer bietet einen guten Platz für Abendarbeit. Front des Personals war freundlich und untergebracht. Frühstück ist Frühstück:) Die einzige Seite unten ist, dass Sie sich erinnern müssen, um die Reinigung/Verfristung von Handtüchern mindestens halbwegs durch Ihren Aufenthalt zu beantragen. Das kann überall sein, aber ich fühle mich, als die Kette für lange Zeit Gäste überdenken müssen. Rein zumindest auf der Dritter Tag.

Mostly a good experience. I found the hotel to be clean and the room was quiet. However the pillows (all eight of them) were lumpy and uncomfortable and the breakfast was disappointing- not much of a choice other then cereal. You have to drive around the building before you find the main parking lot.
