Reviews have it right! The hotel fulfilled all our requirements - it is located close to restaurants, highway, but is in a quiet & safe area. It is bright but cool inside, well kept and clean. Breakfast is small but super-tasty, and well-cooked. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and looks like one of the newer hotels. Most importantly the staff is super friendly, attentive to our needs, and always available at the front desk which is the not the experience we had with other hotels. Strongly recommended. We will be back.

Badezimmer CLEAN FRONT Desk Person Virginia war freundlich und untergebracht (Ich def schätzte das! ) Ich mache nicht wirklich das Frühstück so kann ich nicht kommentieren, dass Aber hat filtrierte Wasserfüllmaschine so bringen Sie Ihre Wasserflasche, Kaffee ALL DAY, sauberer Fitnessraum, eine Gasstation über die Straße, die das billigste Gas um mit einem Deli und großer Fläche zu kaufen Snacks Über 20-30 min vom Flughafen Hoch empfehlen !!! Würde immer wieder bleiben !!!

Booked this hotel with a large group of families for a soccer tournament in Austin. Made reservation several weeks before. While traveling to Austin the day of check-in the hotel canceled our reservation saying that the credit card use to reserve was not valid (it had been compromised). Hotel admittedly did not contact us or the soccer club to notify us of the cancellation. When we checked-in they said we would have to pay full daily rate and would not fix the situation for us - they later admitted they could have charged the discounted reservation rate but desk clerk chose not to do so and it was her discretion what to charge. Front desk suggested we talk to a manager - we went to front desk multiple times during that Holiday weekend and were told there was no manager on duty who could handle the situation. We called the soccer club travel agency and they did not receive notification of cancellation either. After repeated attempts to contact the hotel after the trip we finally reached the group sales manager (hotel manager never did respond to messages). Sales mgr cited the fine print in the soccer travel agreement that gave hotel the right to cancel any reservation on check-in day and charge full rate, etc. We asked for a discount on our payment since the rate we reserved was much less and there was obviously a problem with the compromised credit card and the hotel did not notify us of the cancellation. Also, whereas hotels normally hold the card for reservation - this hotel wanted to charge the card on check-in day rather than just address the problem when we checked-in. There was no general manger on duty for (3) days which is concerning for many other reasons and a liability for the hotel. The dead bolt on the room door did not work and we asked for repair of that and it was not repaired. Given the situation I asked the hotel just to help us out and discount the room to the rate we reserved or give is a discount on a future stay or anything to help, I was told they would check and call me back and never heard anything. So (40) soccer families stayed in this hotel for (3) nights and one family was charged a much higher rate than the other (39),

Mostly a good experience. I found the hotel to be clean and the room was quiet. However the pillows (all eight of them) were lumpy and uncomfortable and the breakfast was disappointing- not much of a choice other then cereal. You have to drive around the building before you find the main parking lot.

Mein Mann, ich selbst und meine 3 Kinder blieben nach einer Hochzeit gestern Abend in diesem Hotel. Wir kamen um 9:45 Uhr und wollten nur schlafen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen, es sei denn, Sie möchten die ganze Nacht aufstehen und feiern mit der sehr lauten Menge im Garten-/Patio-Bereich. Wir zahlen $193 für die Nacht ... Das war ein sehr hoher Preis für diese AWFUL Erfahrung! Ich hätte das von vielleicht einem $60-100 Hotel ... Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen für ... aber nicht für ein Zimmer für fast $200 pro Nacht. Ja, es war Memorial Day Weekend, so dass der Preis wahrscheinlich angestiegen war. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock mit dem Fenster gegenüber dem Patio/Grillbereich. Um 11 Uhr wurde die Musik lauter. Es war schwer zu schlafen und meine Kinder waren erschöpft und krank! Ich dachte, es waren ruhige Stunden in diesem Objekt gezwungen. Ich habe den Front Desk um 11:30 Uhr mehrmals ohne Antwort angerufen. Ich ging ein paar Minuten später nach dem Front Desk und machte eine Beschwerde, zu der der Arbeiter am Front Desk mich entschuldigt sagte, dass sie es behandeln würde. Um 2:30 Uhr war die Tejano-Musik höher als zuvor. Die Gruppe, die im Grillbereich versammelt wurde, wuchs und so war der Lärm. Ich rief den Front-Desk wieder, keine Antwort. Ich ging zurück zum Front-Desk. Ein anderer Mann klagen auch. Die Arbeiterin am Frontbüro sagte mir wieder einmal, sie würde sich um sie kümmern. Ich sah sie mit dem Leiter der Parteigruppe und mehreren anderen reden. Die Parteigruppe dachte eindeutig nicht, dass es ein Problem gab und es schien fast, als würden die Hotelpersonal und die Außengruppe der Partei verhandeln. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich bemerkt, dass die Hotelpersonal leider nicht für die Situation zuständig war. Ich ging zurück auf die Treppe und merkte, dass wahrscheinlich nichts ändern würde. Ich schlug den weißen Lärmhersteller und die AC hoffte, den Lärm unten zu verdunken. Um 3 bin ich glaube, die Party halt. Ich schlief bis 7 und verließ diesen Morgen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, aber es war NICHT schlafen wegen übermäßigem Lärm! Das ist ein massives Problem mit 3 Kindern!!! Ich fühle mich entschuldigt für die Hotelgäste und das Personal. Ich wurde am nächsten Morgen erzählt, dass es eine Gruppe von 100 Arbeitnehmern war und ”sie können manchmal laut werden” (was bedeutet, dass das ein wiederkehrendes Problem ist). Ich fühle mich entschuldigt für die Gäste dieser Einrichtung, die länger als eine Nacht bleiben müssen. Ich bedaure das Personal dieses Gebäudes, das von ihren schwer unüberlegten Gästen klar übergeführt wird. Ich werde nie wieder zum Hotel zurückgehen!

Clean and no frills hotel. The breakfast bar managed by Shelia is perfection and one of the top reasons why I come back here over and over again. Food is hot and fresh. Make your own waffles is delish and the topping choices are amazing. I highly recommend staying here.
