Nice place, however the internet connection is not that good

Filthy stained old vinyl floors, cobwebs in high spots in kitchen. Bathroom sliding door was broken and difficult to open and close bathroom when using toilet or shower. No mirrors in the room - which is an essential thing to have in a motel room, especially for women and we were attending a costume party and only had a dark bathroom mirror to share. Old tv cabinet in hallway just taking up space. Needs to be removed, (dumped or sold.) Clothes dryer broken in laundry so had to use a public commercial clothes dryer. No mixing bowls in kitchen so un couldn’t have my mowing microwave porridge.. Only white towels so I had to buy some black ones from the warehouse to remove my make up (we attended a costume ball). (Most hotels these days provide dark make up removing facecloth’s. To prevent staining the white ones) This room was clearly designed by a male as it was not suitable for female guests!. All these issues were just thoughtless inattention to details. I expected so much more for the price we paid. Will not be returning.

Apex on Fenton motel is centrally located and has a designated car park for its guest.We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 levels .Downstairs there is lounge/kitchen/bathroom/spa tub and a spare single bed(in the lounge area).Upstairs they have 2 rooms,2single bed in one room while the other had 3 single bed.They had a fully furnished kitchen & bathroom had the toiletries stocked up so perfect for a family.Our kids enjoyed the soak in the spa tub during our 2day stay here.There is Netflix available if you are spending time indoors as it was raining when we stayed here. Only cons I can think of is that the wardrobe/drawers is dated but functional.The upstairs wooden floor/wooden stairs can be squeaky.The switch to get the kitchen stove get going is located on the right side of the microwave.
