This fold out bed is only suitable for children under 12. Bedding is supplied for the fold out bed upon request only.The apartment is light and spacious throughout and is decorated in period colours to reflect the Victorian heritage. Bellevue Bute is owned by Ronald, who grew up on the Isle of Bute and is decorated with his own mixed media art, giving a unique artistic vibe to the flat.The lounge enjoys a panoramic sea view from its triple aspect window - even on a rainy day there is still plenty to watch as the ferries and other boats sail by. You may even see dolphins swimming in the bay.The apartment is in an ideal location, being approximately 500 m from the centre of Rothesay and the main ferry terminal. Far enough away to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to mean that all local amenities are within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk along the seafront promenade. If you do not wish to use the Apps then all Freeview channels are available via the connected Freeview aerial.The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, fridge (with ice box), dishwasher and washing machine (both available to use at no extra cost with eco friendly washing liquid and dish washer tablets provided ).
