服務不錯 房間不大 出差隨便住住 這個區域性價比高的酒店也不多 離拉瓜迪20大幾分鐘 周邊貌似有個人奧特萊斯 好像不大 沒時間去看

This repurposed motor inn is by far the smallest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. It's really a shame that IHG allowed this into the HIE umbrella. The layout is very compact, with a tiny lobby, tiny eating area, tiny elevators, and the smallest hotel room I think I've ever been in in the United States. Access to the lobby is by walking up the narrow ramp to the garage, and then doubling back on a walkway; a strange layout. The bed is placed in the center of the room, leaving only 2 feet of clearance on each side to the walls. There is a tiny wardrobe, a tiny shelf, two small drawers, and nowhere to put your suitcase except on the floor. The bathroom is so small that you have to squeeze yourself between the shower and the door and close the door before you can sit down on the toilet. The triangle shower is less than a quarter of the size of most HIE's. There's no refrigerator in the room. Front desk staff were polite and efficient. A "late" check out for Platinum Elite members is only noon. The hotel is situated on a busy road, right next to a high-end sports car dealership, and they rev the engines to wake them and you up in the morning. Breakfast was good as usual, but they had no OJ or pancakes. There are four fine dining restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, but if you're looking for casual takeout, a Subway and Mediterranean salad place a quarter mile away is it. I really can't recommend this place at all.

I would have given them a ZERO but they won't let me. These people are will not let you cancel your reservation and they take your deposit and more. Do NOT, DO NOT guarantee your reservation. They won't let you cancel it and will charge you anyway even IF you cancel, because they won't give you a cancellation # and then they deny you cancelled. The place is dirty, the rooms are dirty. The place is run down and it looks like they rent "rooms by the hour". STAY AWAY!!

Management is horrible at this establishment. I have FRAUD charges on my bank account and Stefanie and Clara Alvarez (manager) are refusing to rectify this problem. My card was swiped several times. Every month is the same story about how the owner lives in India and cannot return the fraud charges put on by this hotel. This is illegal!!!! I WILL BE FILING FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST HOLIDAY INN! The room smelled like mold and the hallways smelled like god knows what. It is very small with no room to walk from bed to bathroom. Have to climb over bed. The pictures on website are not the same as the hotel rooms. Very deceiving to draw customers in. By far the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed at!

These people are THIEVES!! We made a reservation, we cancelled it and they charged us anyway. I am NOT the first person that this has happened to. DO NOT give them your credit card!!

Breakfast offers many varieties, it is very abundant. My partner and I were delighted, the staff is really very helpful and complete. The hotel was very clean, it is modern, the location is fantastic. we hope to return soon
