Il n'y a que des éloges à dire comme avis sur cet hôtel qui est situé en bord de l'autovia.Les chambres sont neuves,le lit est immense aussi bon qu'à la maison,certe la décoration est innexistante,le personel est souriant,le petit déjeuner est dans la moyenne pour la catégorie d'hôtel.Notre GPS ,WAZE,GOOGLE ITINERAIRE ne nous ont pas indiqués le chemin à suivre alors pour les futurs clients l'hôtel se trouve à la sortie 800 de l'autovia dans un sens ou dans l'autre.C'est un bon hôtel pour séjourner deux ou trois nuits. This was our first holiday with our 4 year old son. We looked at the reviews and noticed a few people mentioning that it was mostly Spanish holiday makers, that the staff seemed to focus on them and the English were left out. Well yes that statement is true it is, but it’s Spain what do you expect, we actually found the staff very friendly and spoke very good English, they included our son in most things, and where it was an activity that was complicated it didn’t seem to bother him that he couldn’t understand a word they said, as a matter of fact it was quite amusing watching three children of different nationality playing and talking to each other even though they didn’t have a scooby what the other was saying. The hotel itself was smart, and very clean, all staff went the extra mile to help. The food was delicious with a great variety for all tastes, even our son on his beige diet ate quite well. There were meat and fish options along with veg and salad, rice and pasta, and a selection of desserts including little tubs of ice cream. The pool area was really good and perfect for what we wanted, with different areas for different age groups, and conveniently if you have mixed ages it’s easy to position yourself to see both. The beach is nice but the water gets very deep very quickly, but little ones can still enjoy the water without getting out of their depth. It’s not really sand it’s more very tiny gravel, so depending on how you cope in bare feet, take something with you. Finally to the hotel manager, thank you for making our holiday such a special occasion, and thanks to the bar staff for putting up with my attempt at Spanish, they were very nice and friendly. Wir haben hier für 1 Nacht geblieben und das Paar hat viel länger geblieben. Sehr schön großes großes Veranda/Deck mit Blick auf den Ozean. Großes Zimmer mit separater Lounge und Küchenzeile. Die einzige Frage war, dass eine Frau auf ihrem Deck über uns rauchte und ihre Asche überall über unser Deck heruntergefallen blieb.

A wonderful new modern hotel set in the local marina. Good facilities and helpful staff (although cafe/bar service is extraordinarily slow). Nice large, well equipped rooms with balconies overlooking the Marina. Really nice and super value.

We stayed for 3 nights and played golf twice. The hotel looks quite grand when you arrive,and we had no trouble parking, although it’s low season. In high season I expect you would have difficulty finding a parking space outside, in which case you would have to pay to park in the hotel underground facility. Our room had a lovely view with a small balcony over the swimming pool. It was fully functional and clean, but pretty tired. The air conditioning seemed to have been set to winter mode, so the room was 25C. Maybe okay for Spanish guests, but far too hot for us. The chamber maids, maintenance man, then hotel Director all tried to rectify the problem, which was subsequently rectified the following day. We were offered a move to an apartment, but didn’t fancy that. The beds in the room were also too hard for us, and the maids put on toppers the second night which made them a bit softer. Breakfast was pleasant, standard fare. We didn’t have dinner, but ate in the bar, which again was fine. We sat out on the terrace one lunchtime in the sunshine, and I suspect the pool area is lovely in high season. One lunchtime, the hotel recommended a restaurant in Aguadulce, restaurant Mistela Gastronomia, which was excellent. Very easy and cheap to get a taxi there and back. We played golf twice. Both days were at the weekend, but the course was very quiet, and we were not paired with anyone else. Very unusual even in low season. The area, and course is very hilly, so I would recommend a buggy (unless you’re super fit). It’s a woodland course, which I found quite interesting and challenging. Any water features are dry at the moment. ‘Rustic’ is the description I would use to describe the course. The pro shop were very friendly and surprisingly well stocked with a variety of clubs. It’s difficult to see how the hotel has achieved 5 star status, but the place grew on us, as all of the staff were so friendly. Despite having to complain, everyone we came into contact with tried their best to help, and seemed to want us to have a nice time. Not sure we would return, but we had a pleasant couple of days.

I cannot understand the bad reviews. We had an excellent experience here. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is very good at the city centre and close to the attractions. We had chosen a spa package, which is highly recommendable and included chocolates and prosecco. The spa experience was amazing, which we have also reviewed separately in more detail. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived early at 12, they let ut stay on the rooftop pool all day until our room was ready. Great customer service! And when I forgot my Spanish abanico at the hotel, they found it for me, and kept it for a week until I returned to pick it up. A special thank you for your help and honesty! Breakfast was good and the views were stunning from the rooftop to the Alcazaba. Very luxurious. They even opened the breakfast serving 15 minutes earlier than usual, so we had the chance to enjoy the breakfast and still catch our early morning bus. Just a perfect stay here. No puedo entender las malas críticas. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia aquí. La habitación estaba limpia y muy bien decorada. La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de las atracciones. Habíamos elegido un paquete de spa, que es muy recomendable e incluía chocolates y prosecco. La experiencia de hammam fue increíble, que también hemos analizado por separado con más detalle. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Cuando llegamos temprano a las 12, nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina todo el día hasta que nuestra habitación estuvo lista. ¡Excelente servicio al cliente! Cuando olvidé mi abanico en el hotel, me lo buscaron y lo guardaron durante una semana hasta que volví a recogerlo. ¡Muchas gracias por su ayuda y honestidad! El desayuno era bueno con las vistas impresionantes de la Alcazaba. Muy lujo. Incluso abrieron el servicio de desayuno 15 minutos antes de lo habitual temprano por la mañana, y gracias a eso tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar del desayuno antes que nuestro autobús sale. Simplemente una estancia perfecta aquí.

Das Hotel verfügt über sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Flachbild-TV. Die Zimmer sind nur mit einer Schlüsselkarte zugänglich und somit sehr sicher. An der Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr sauber und bequem. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit; spricht auch englisch. Super! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum. Es gab sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft zum Frühstück. 24Stunden Rezeption. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Aufenthaltsraum. Es sind auch zwei Fahrstühle vorhanden. Somit ist das Hotel behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Im Parkhaus ist auch ein Fahrstuhl. Auf der Rückseite des Hotels befinden sich in einem Parkhaus kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Der Parkplatz kostet täglich 13 Euro und sollte auch in Anspruch genommen werden. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Altstadt und es geht sehr eng darin zu, deshalb sind auch keine Parkplätze an der Strasse vorhanden. Das Parkhaus ist auch durch ein Garagentor gesichert, welches sich nur nach Eingabe eines Codes öffnen lässt. Somit ist auch das Parken sicher. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Innenstadt, Restaurants, Cafe und Museen sowie Kirchen können vom Hotel zu Fuss erreicht werden. Die Burg ist auch nur wenige Geh-Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Zum Hotel gehört auch das daneben liegende Restaurant. Ich würde in diesem Hotel wieder übernachten, sofern ich in Almeria bin. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Hatten ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer, die Lage des Hotels ist super (fussläufig alles gut erreichbar), Parken in der Hotelgarage möglich (16€/Tag), das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig und die Hotel-Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kurz gesagt: war waren rundum zufrieden!

Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren makellos sauber und für den Preis, den wir zahlen, sehr geräumig. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht beanstanden Lage: Das Hotel liegt an einer Straßenecke. Es war für uns nicht leicht, das erste Mal beim Fahren zu erkennen. Sie müssen parken und zu Fuß gehen, dann sehen Sie ein Schild zum Hotel. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze an der Straße, es sei denn, Sie parken nach 20.30–07.30 Uhr, aber tagsüber werden Sie Schwierigkeiten haben. Das Hotel stellt Parkplätze zur Verfügung, allerdings gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt nebenan, der günstige oder preisgünstige Einkäufe anbietet, die wir genutzt haben. Service: Das Personal war beim Ein- und Auschecken sehr nett. Das Hotel hatte ein eigenes Restaurant und das Personal dort war sehr nett. Ausstattung: Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen privaten Swimmingpool im ersten Stock. Da es nicht beheizt ist, haben wir es nicht genutzt, da das Wetter auch nicht warm war. Das Zimmer war mit Handtüchern und Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet, darunter auch einem Haartrockner. Es gab fließend heißes Wasser. Nachteil: Ich kann nichts Schlechtes über das Hotel sagen. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, haben wir nur das Beste erlebt. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war das Parken, da wir die zusätzliche Gebühr nicht bezahlen wollten, aber ansonsten konnte ich mich überhaupt nicht über das Hotel beschweren
